Delivery is usually pretty quick, and the drivers are always SUPER nice! Pizza has always been hot and tasty. The pizza rolls are amazingly tasty(along with their delicious ranch) and should be ordered with every pizza. The pizza itself is not the best out there, but enough of the ranch, and you’ll be alright.

This location needs the boot. Tonight was by far the worst service I’ve had in my whole life. I called in my order around 5:30pm on a Wednesday… 2 large pizzas. Dinner time, so I expected some wait. They told me about an hour. Over an hour goes by, and I call to check. They tell me that somehow my order got labeled as David Castillo at a totally different address. So they gave me the driver’s number and asked me to call him and have him re-route our pizzas. He was rude and said we were outside of his service area(despite this being the closest Gattis to me) and that he would not deliver them. So I then call back(10 minute wait just to get someone on the phone) and complain that we still do not have our pizzas. 3 hours after placing our order to a location 1.7 miles away, we finally got our stale, room temp pizza that was done on the wrong crust minus the ranch. I don’t want to hear how short staffed your store is, lady… I want to hear how you’re going to make me a priority. I wanted something easy after a stressful day, and I wasted my whole evening for something inedible. So unlike Gatti’s.

for a while there, the pizza here was flat out gross and I avoided it altogether, opting for dominos instead(ugh), unless we felt like driving DT for home slice. recently decided to give Gatti’s another shot — nom! they must have new ownership or management or decided to give a shit. either way, it’s wayyyy better now.

I ordered a superoni like i have done in the past. The pizza had pepperoni on the top only and it wasnt very many. When I called the store, the person who stated he made my pizza, and said there were pepperoni under the cheese in which there wasnt when i checked. So instead of rectifying the situation, he wanted to argue with me and deny any accountability. Needless to say… i expected professionalism. This location is not what it use to be. Lesson learned to check my order whether im in a rush or not. By the way!!! Its the Mr. Gattis on 290⁄183.

The quality of the pizza is fine most of the time but every time I go there they manage to either mess up the order or make me wait a long time at the drive-up window. This time i only ordered pepperoni rolls for myself, and I was very disappointed. I was handed a tiny tiny box and though«Surely this can’t be the entire order.» But it was. I know of one other pizza place that makes rolls and for one dollar more and have a gallon of gas I could have had twice the product– I kid you not. Plus, these Gatti’s rolls were over done and too crunchy, but I admit the seasoning added to them is good, which is something the other guy doesn’t do. Still, if it’s any kind of rolls I’m after in the future I am definitely going to the other guy. The size of Gatti’s rolls is a complete joke.

I normally love Mr. Gattis. It’s usually my favorite. However at this location, my pizza was delivered 45 minutes after the promised allotted time. No big deal, however it was cold and horrible. The pieces weren’t cut apart from one another so when I tried to pull it the entire bottom of another piece ripped off with it. On top of that it was dry and hard. I wish I would’ve made a frozen pizza at home. At least then it would’ve been hot and I wouldn’t have had to wait so long for my food.
