They only had seven flavors and it was pretty pricey. Nice staff but we probably won’t be back. Also, couldn’t find the price per ounce listed anywhere.

My first time in this yogurt place. They have some cool flavors. Cotton candy froyo to honeydew froyo. I went with a gelato that was really good. The honeydew was ok but had a hint of banana to it. I put some sour patch kids as a topping. Wow! It was so hard from sitting out. I may need to avoid that topping in the future. The place was ok.

I can’t believe how fast this place went downhill since my first review. Last few times I’ve gone there have been broken machines, flavors run out, and the yogurt comes out like soup. The toppings bar is all old and disgusting and not full and the female employee never got off her phone during ringing me up. What happened here?!

This place is great! I usually don’t even think to get froyo, but I may have to get it more often now that I’ve found this awesome shop. Not too sure about how it only has 3 stars. My experience was definitely 5 star worthy!
Not only for the quality flavors and large variety of toppings, but the customer service as well.
I have worked in the food and customer service industry for a long time now and their employees know their stuff! I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and told if I needed anything or had any questions at all they would be more than happy to help. You don’t find this kind of attentiveness from associates often. Also they have that neat quirky small business vibe that Austin TX is well known for.
They closed at 10 tonight and I came in at 9:45. Usually if I show up at a place that close to closing time, the employees are unpleasant and rushed.
I am happy to finally find a place with a friendly staff and only the customers experiance in mind.
Top notch, I will be returning soon!

I stumbled across this place while waiting to fix my tire at Discount Tire. This fro yo place is within walking distance of it. The fro yo options were rich and creamy. They had sour and sweet flavors. The toppings were great! A lot of choices and the owner came to greet us and told us they have even more coming! We were given a free coupon just because, so be nice and maybe you’ll get one as well. they also have free wifi and free coffee all day!

Been craving frozen yogurt for four days now and decided to try this place out. Nice colors, very accommodating with many seats plus kids toys! Have a few standard flavors but most different ones which is awesome! Definitely give it a try

Average, but good. Nothing to write home about, but I might go back every once in awhile. The Cookies and Cream was the best for sure, vanilla was meh. It’s close by and seemed clean enough for a yogurt place. Only one cup size. For two cups almost fully loaded the total was $ 17 with tax.

Came here with a buddy to check it out. Was really surprised I was able to get coffee speciay their free drip coffee offer was really great. Will definitely recommend this place specially if you are looking for a more welcoming ambience.

I went here last year and was disappointed, but I gave it another chance recently and I’m really glad I did! This place has really cleaned up their act and now I think they’re great. The flavors were great, the place was neat and clean, and had a fun vibe. I enjoyed chatting with the employees and the owner was great. Gotta love the free coffee!
I’m really glad I came back, because it’s a wonderful location (for me). A nice selection of toppings, and all the flavors were in order. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!

So I decided give this place a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. By far, the best frozen yogurt I’ve had. Amazing quality! I really loved the cake batter and the orange! To my surprise, they also had some gelato flavors and the pistachio one was just delicious. And best thing of all, they were giving out free coffee! This place is a hidden gem in Austin and I will definitely will be going back soon.

I have to agree with Tony. O review. It smells like a dirty bathroom. As I was sitting on the sofa in your store I saw the review about bedbugs in the sofa so now I’m freaked out hoping I don’t bring any home. Not much of a selection of flavor and quality wasn’t good. It would be nice if there was more of a fresh fruit selection. The good part of my experience there was the kid at the register had good customer service. Paid 7 dollars for a mediocre experience plus I put in a couple of bucks in the tip jar but I won’t be back.

I’m guessing they cleaned up their act since reading the other poor reviews because I went for the first time yesterday and there was no smell and the toppings bar and machines were immaculate. I also went late in the day when they would typically be messier. I loved the espresso flavor. Did not have a chemical-​y taste like some places. There were also more toppings than I usually see. I’m craving it now actually! Loved that they displayed the allergens as well. Saved me having to ask.

It stinks. No really, the place smells awful. This is one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever been to. The only thing that is clean here is the toppings bar. I just can’t get over the funk everywhere else — I won’t ever be back.
If that doesn’t bother you. Well, the froyo is mediocre. It’s very icy and the texture isn’t very smooth. The flavors are usually good though. Toppings are typical but a little limited.
If you really feel the need for froyo and have extra time — go to menchies. Way better froyo without the stank.

This was the worst froyo I’ve ever had. I am a HUGE froyo lover, so that is saying a lot. The place was absolutely disgusting, which was noticeable immediately upon entrance. The froyo was runny and many flavors were out of order. I was really excited to get dessert after a filling meal at Ho Ho’s, but was utterly disappointed. For any of you post-​dinner dessert lovers (like me), swerve this place at all costs. Do yourself a favor and make the drive out to Yogurtland.

Stopped in on an empty Saturday night and this place was just a mess. Yogurt was dripping down the walls, topping bar was all disarray, furniture was filthy and the place had a wonderful moldy mop water stench. If they pay this little attention to the front of the store just imagine how bad the back and yogurt itself is. I wouldn’t risk eating here.

Today five out of twelve flavors were not available and the place looked like the disinterested employee didn’t care a less being 630pm on a Saturday night. I said you to the guy, what you’re out of a lot of flavors, he replies «yea it’s been slow this winter». No wonder buddy, you suck!
The place stinks like a dirty moldy mop was swished around the place and the cheap bent up patio chairs need to go. Grow up and clean up then I still doubt we’ll be back

I’m giving up on finding awesome froyo in Texas. I stopped in here today after lunch and was disappointed to find that 5 of the 12 flavors were out of order. The 7 I had to choose from were all pretty boring — not much variety going on. There were a lot of toppings to choose from and the yogurt was okay, but overall it’s rather disappointing.

I was in the mood for something fruity but tangy and their watermelon sorbet was exactly what I was hoping for. Very light, bright, slightly tangy yet still sweet. The mango tango sorbet was just as refreshing and the strawberry had the creaminess and exact taste of strawberry ice cream. These three flavors had the best consistency of all of the available flavors. The other flavors were just ok, but a lot more runnier coming out of the dispenser which wasn’t good. The toppings were the usual ones you’d find at any other froyo place. I would definitely go back for just the three flavors that I got this time.

The place was definitely not what I was expecting. Most of the flavors were out or out of order. While there were an array of toppings there was nothing for me to top. Extremely disappointed not sure that I would give them another chance but they did recommend me to make recommendations on flavors I would like to see. Honestly I would like to see any flavor rather than just an out of order sign or a copied sad face. On to greener pastures

I tried so hard to think of any redeeming qualities for Fresh Cup, but the entire experience was just awful.
The yogurt machines are disgusting. Not only are they old and hard to control, but there was melted yogurt smeared all over them and at least half were consistently dripping. There were only 5 machines and 2 of the flavors were out of order.
The yogurt itself tastes like chemicals. The Wild Berry is very reminiscent of Dayquil.
I was surprised to find that this awful product was $ 7/​lb. or $ 0.44/ounce, which is definitely on the higher end of froyo prices.
Please see my pictures for the condition of the furniture. The best part – and you can’t make this stuff up – is that we found 2 bedbugs in the creases of the couch.
Fresh Cup is anything but fresh. Skip it and spend your time and money at Yogertz instead.

Having had frozen yogurt from many locations around the country, I can say that there’s absolutely nothing special about this place. Same format, same cups, same machines, same toppings. But the main problem (which resulted in only 2 stars) was that the yogurts weren’t really frozen!!!
A light pull on the handle resulted in about 3 – 4 inches of half-​melted yogurt flowing out, overflowing the sample cups. I blamed it on myself for the first time but soon realized that it wasn’t my fault. This was also the first time that I tried every single flavor and didn’t like a single one. They weren’t gross but barely okay at most. NY Cheesecake… meh. Cake Batter… ummm. You can’t go wrong with Chocolate… really? I still ended up getting a small bowl b/​c I felt bad just walking out after trying all the flavors. It still cost me $ 3.50 but at least the mochi’s were fine.
Apparently this place has been around for over 3 years but recently had a management change. It’s still not looking too good so far…

Fresh Cup is like any other decent yogurt place. You have the opportunity to sample flavors (from tart to sweet), fill up your cup, add your toppings (fresh fruits to chocolate morsels), and pay for your yogurt. In terms of yogurt flavors, they have your average tart vanilla and chocolate. Some flavors I had not seen before were Mango Tart and White Chocolate Mousse. It was refreshing to see that they had flavors that I usually do not see around campus.
In terms of the yogurt itself, I felt that some of their yogurt flavors had an icier texture. Their Cake Batter yogurt tasted simply of sugar and ice. However, I enjoyed the White Chocolate Mousse. It tasted like the yogurt version of vanilla pudding.
In the end, it was definitely a refreshing treat after a big meal. The place was well kept, and there was plenty of spaces for my large group of friends to sit back and relax.

Fresh Cup is pretty much a standard self-​serve frozen yogurt; they do have a good variety of flavors, with a good mix of natural fruit and yummy dessert flavors. All the toppings you’d expect to see are available.
Unfortunately service left something to be desired, the girl managing the checkout seemed preoccupied with something on her phone in the back and took a long time to come out and check us out.
