Fox Granite is great. I have used Greg and his team no less than 15 times on various projects. They are always on time– on budget and the quality of work is second to none. Greg’s attention to detail is meticulous and it’s one of the things that makes he and his team great. Whenever I needed a recommendation on a project — he was quick to give and to explain and justify the recommendation as well. Austin is very lucky to have these guys!

We cannot recommend Fox Granite enough. Their professionalism and customer service were 2^nd to none. We recently bought a new house and had to have the walls refloated and painted, and the kitchen remodeled. We were originally going to go with Ikea quartz because we figured that Ikea must have the best prices in town as they are a large box retailer, although we really wanted granite. We are really glad we didn’t do that for two reason. The first is that we went with Ikea suggested contractors for the cabinet installation and kitchen demo/​reno, and although we are happy with the final result for the most part, were EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service offered by those outfits until the very end when we had to escalate our issues to higher authorities within those companies and finally got the response we wanted. With Fox Granite, on the other hand, our initial estimate was done by none other than Greg Fox who ran through all of our options, as well as the exact procedure they would use to get the cabinets templated, cut, and installed. Not only did we get a better price per square foot on a material we liked better than Ikea’s quartz, but Fox followed through on every part of the process exactly as they said they would. This included not only getting in and expertly installing the cabinets while we were on vacation, but also putting in a specific angled cut I we wanted on one corner for no charge. This cut was to prevent our daughter from running into the countertop as it would have jutted out awkwardly into our hallway without the angled cut.
We highly, HIGHLY recommend Fox Granite to anyone looking at installing granite surfaces, countertops, vanities, etc., as you will be hard pressed to find a company as well run as this one for ANY services you may be interested in.

and within a few minutes they called me to discuss what I was looking for and if they could be of service. I took pics and texted those along with approx. measurements of the large surface area of my master bathroom. Within an hour or so, Sam Fox emailed me with a bid. We selected them to do the job and they were completely professional, honest, accurate, and very Customer Friendly. They measured the area themselves a couple of days before the job was to be installed and also provided the sinks that are large and deep (beyond my expectations) included in the bid. I received an email of what I needed to do prior to installation and it was very easy to follow and know what to expect. The installer was very professional and the job turned out great. It was a pleasure doing business with Fox Granite and I would highly recommend them without reservations.

Fabulous! Amazing! Wonderful! There are not enough «wonderful» words to describe our experience with Fox Granite!!! Our experience began with Greg Fox arriving at our home to visit with us regarding the selections and process for our quartz countertop and travertine tile backsplash renovation. Greg was wonderful to work with and he shared very helpful information about the process. Once we made our final decisions, Sam Fox worked with us to let us know each step of the way what would be happening. Sam is absolutely wonderful also! We did not have to wonder what would happen next — communication was impeccable! Then the crew arrived for the removal of the old products — they were extremely efficient! Then the crews arrived for install of the new products. The crews were amazing — very talented craftsmen with many years of experience in their trades. We hired Fox Granite as we were getting ready to move into our new home. Moving is a hectic time, so we were glad we hired a trustworthy and easy to work with company. After measuring the cabinets, the crew was back two weeks later to install the new countertops. The granite is the most complimented part of the small remodel job and we recommend using Fox Granite for your project.

I have spent the past 3 months sourcing for the perfect granite company to install my kitchen. After visiting showrooms, meeting with several contractors, I was still not comfortable enough to make a decision.
This all changed when I put in a call to Fox Granite. From the moment Sales came to my house, with samples, and provided a proposal, I felt good and made the decision to use Fox Granite right away.
This has truly been a pleasant experience. I would especially like to commend the install team. They were professional, fun to work with and did an outstanding job. One of biggest concerns was not having seams be obvious. Two ladies who came to visit could not even find the seam and my husband had to show them where it was. GREAT JOB!!! THANK YOU!!!

I absolutely LOVE my new granite counter tops and back splash. We worked with Sam and he was great. We didn’t price shop as they came so highly recommended but I «felt» the price was probably fair for the work done. The team responsible for the tile were subcontractors and they were great as well. The counter tops feel «rough» may be sealer or something. My only issue is that we have a drop in stove top and it now slides around in the space like the hole cut in the granite is too large.
Unfortunately, the issues post installation, ruined the experience for us. I mention as a heads up to home improvement novices. We hired a plumber to reconnect our sinks. Sam’s team cut the pipes to remove old sinks. This required new pipes which took several hours and was unexpected. Our fault that we had removed every sink in our house at the same time.
Also, we didn’t make the connection that we would also need a plumber to reconnect our stove top. So the following day when ready to prepare dinner i was surprised to find that in addition to my stove sliding around inside the granite it was not hooked up. Luckily the plumber had returned for an issue with a faucet and he was able to connect the stove.
Overall a great experience with a great result and I actually don’t notice that the stove doesn’t fit snugly unless cleaning it.
⁹⁄₁₅ — I waited to actually post my score as I was concerned about the fact that my counter tops don’t feel smooth. It is definitely some type of finish. I’ll phone Sam today and find out. It’s almost like it needs the sealer removed and redone or something.

Outstanding in every way! Greg and Sam were easy to work with, their crews know exactly what they are doing, show up on time, and clean up after themselves. A most efficient process and our kitchen now looks like a showroom. Wife is pleased with all the results; would use them again.

Fox Granite was smooth sailing from the moment I initially called them til the last tile was placed on the backsplash! They were always professional and walked us through the process of getting our gorgeous new granite countertops, new sink and faucet, and glass mosaic tile backsplash! I’d recommend them in a heartbeat!

I have to add to my positive review with Fox Granite. I thought I’d wait and mull over how I felt about my countertops after a month or so after they were installed and I truly couldn’t be happier.
Greg had initially come out to show me countertop options in October and he was there for almost an hour, going over samples and talking to me about the pros and cons of each materials. I had done a lot of research on my own but it was helpful to be able to ask him questions and tell him what I was looking for and have him recommend me the best materials. I am not one of those people who just have a show kitchen. I use my kitchen and abuse it practically every day so it was important to me to have something that was low maintenance yet beautiful… My first appointment was before my cabinets were installed and before I found my backsplash. Originally I was going for a plain subway tile, then I upgraded to a marble like tile and glass backsplash so I called Fox Granite again and they were gracious enough to come back out again (this time in December) to help me reexamine my choice… I found a Pental Quartz that really matched the look I was going for. I even changed my sink choice (from double to single) and put my deposit down. I travel a lot for work. like A LOT but Sam kept in constant contact with me to work out a good time for installation… originally was supposed to have everything done in January but a problem found behind my walls pushed my project wayyy back. My cabinets were delayed by 2ish weeks, therefore so were my countertops. While I was sweating, Sam assured me that things would be ok and rescheduled the install.
I got my countertops installed Feb 2^nd and they’re pretty fab. The installers worked pretty quick. they had to notch my sink cabinets to fit the sink which had me sweating even more but their reassurances calmed me down a bit and honestly, the sink is the most beautiful sink ever! I was debating between Vigo or Kraus but whatever, this sink they provided is awesome. There had to be a small seam but it’s pretty hidden and I don’t even notice it.
The first thing people have noticed are my countertops and I’m just really glad I used Fox Granite. My kitchen looks super high end, and I am more and more in love with my countertops each day. They are definitely a show stopper.

All the reviews for Fox granite were great and we are thoroughly thrilled with the customer service, installation team and professionalism of the entire organization. Sam Fox did a great job explaining the process and every step went exactly as planned and described. Highly recommend to anyone looking for kitchen upgrades and a great smooth process!

I wanted to upgrade the kitchen in my condo and got a few quotes. Greg came by and gave me a very competitive and complete quote, that included everything. Some of the other vendors quoted me for the countertop. Then I had to pay extra to remove the old one, extra to dispose it. and so on. If I hadn’t asked the right questions, I would have ended up with a big surprise at the end … These guys were very straight forward and gave me a complete and final quote right at the beginning.
Once I hired them for the job, everything went like clock-​work. They took measurements, and came by and installed the countertops and back splashes on the date promised. They cleaned up everything after it was done and when I went to see the kitchen the next day, it looked amazing…
I have already recommended them to a few friends and would gladly work with them again in the future.

Having never gone through the process of installing a marble countertop, I was a bit nervous about how to proceed, but the Fox brothers changed that very quickly. They were very helpful in explaining the process and went above and beyond on their service. We felt extremely taken care of every step of the way. The biggest thing for me was their high level of communication. We were kept up-​to-​date on every stage of the process. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Now we have a gorgeous newgranite countertop and backsplash. Couldn’t be more pleased!

I am going to happily join the masses in providing Fox Granite with another 5 star review. The process of installing new granite countertops and tile backsplash was simple, fast, and dare I say it: FUN!
I had Sam out on ⁹⁄₁₂ to quote my job. Since I really had no clue what I wanted, Sam made some suggestions and provided me with a written quote. Like other reviewers have mentioned, there was no pressure to sign a contract right away or to give a deposit.
As I mulled over the decision, I got a few other quotes and looked around at more granite options/​colors. I called Greg Fox on a Saturday afternoon and asked how they would/​could accommodate my desires, and they not only committed to meeting my needs, but also provided me with an updated quote within the hour.
Once the decision to go with Fox Granite was reached, Sam and Greg both set about to find slabs of granite that would precisely meet our vision. Once Sam arrived at what he thought was a good set of options, we met Sam at the granite place the next Saturday and personally picked out and slapped our name on the slabs that would be just for us.
Next, Sam’s crew came out to make a template of my countertops and prepare to cut the granite. These guys are AWESOME. They are an extremely hardworking, nice, funny group of guys. I will even go so far to say that it was a pleasure having them around.
Once the granite was cut, the crew returned RIGHT ON TIME for the install appointment. Again, super friendly and VERY accommodating. They were patient me with as I took photo after photo, helped me hash out whether my blacksplash tile was a great choice or a disaster, and checked with me every step of the way to be sure all holes were drilled properly and seams were sealed flawlessly.

The next day, Sam’s backsplash crew was on the scene. Again, RIGHT ON TIME. Kelly and his guys were FANTASTIC. They were clean, nice, considerate, and friendly. Also didn’t mind me snapping pictures of the progress every 15 minutes!
All of the plumbing, gas, fixtures, and face plates were all reinstalled with care and precision and the crew didn’t leave until I was 100% satisfied and the kitchen was gleaming and clean. They even provided thorough after care and long-​term maintenance instructions.
The project was completed on 10÷10÷14.
Overall, this was a FANTASTIC experience. I HIGHLY recommend Fox Granite for any granite installation project you have. Extremely professional, accommodating, and service-​centric. I am BEYOND impressed and pleased.
We used crema bordeaux granite and the tile backsplash was special ordered from The Tile Store.

Greg and Sam did a great job installing a beautiful new granite countertop and backsplash in my kitchen remodel. What I liked best, was how they handled pretty much everything from start to finish!
Their quote included everything! From bringing the samples to my house, to the taking all measurements, to the demo, to the backsplash, to the sink, faucet, and appliance installation. They take pride in their work, and work fast! Communication was great, and they keep you up to date on every step, and were very quick to reply to emails, texts, phone calls.
I highly recommend, if you are looking for a high quality, professional granite installation! Their costs are very reasonable when you factor in the quality of the granite/​work, the high-​level of communication, and an overall worry-​free experience.

We used Fox Granite to update our kitchen when we purchased a home a few months ago. I can’t say enough great things about them.
First, when we priced out counters at big box stores they were way out of our budget. Our contractor recommended Fox Granite and they provided multiple options within our budget (under $ 3000) AND more then we expected — new under-​mount sink and hole for new fixture were included in the price.
Second, the whole process was painless! He met us at the home to do measurements on a Sunday and provided us a quote on the spot. No pressure to sign a contract but since it was in the budget my husband and I discussed in advance, we went ahead and signed the contract. Once we agreed to move forward, he took measurements and explained everything else was hands off from then on out. He coordinated with our contractor for checking measurements and installation. After all the stress with our other projects for the house, it was fantastic to not have to micromanage this project.
Third, now that they are installed they look fantastic! Exactly what we wanted and much nicer looking than the peach laminate that was there before!
If you are interested in getting new counters but worried it’s over your budget, I highly recommend getting a quote from Fox Granite. We were pleasantly surprised!
