Four Points Family Vision

This eye care provider is so unprofessional. They messed up with my insurance claim after the Walmart vision associates checked with them about the allowance they used. More than a month later, I got a call from Dr. Shelly’s office claiming that I owed them money because insurance declined their claims. So I got stuck with the payment.
I would never go back there again.

The doctor I saw was quick efficient and just amazing! She was attentive and helpful explaining the whole process as she went. Her assistant was just as helpful.
Will definitely come here again for all my eye care needs.

My family of four have been going to Dr. Sherry for the past three years. She is very meticulous and really takes her time with each patient. My son needs contacts to correct for astigmatism. The optometrist we went to before never got it right and he always felt like he couldn’t see as well with his contacts as he could with glasses. He also always felt that contacts irritated his eyes. Dr. Sherry not only got the prescription spot on, but she also found contacts for him that are the most comfortable he’s ever had. We absolutely love this office and would highly recommend them.

I’ve been going here for a few years. The office staff is cordial and helpful on the phone and in the office, and the doctor is always careful, methodical and attentive to my questions and concerns. I buy my glasses online and she always double checks and verifies my pupillary distance for me. My RXs have always been effective. I make appointments, but the office accepts walk-​ins.
I WAS disappointed with the office one time, but I voiced my concern and haven’t had a repeat situation. I’d made an appointment, but my appt was delayed when another client arrived very late for her appt. I think latecomers should have to wait, otherwise all subsequent clients are delayed. As I said, I voiced my dissatisfaction. the office apologized, and we continue our business relationship.

This office had our eye prescriptions so screwed up
It was unbelievable! Plus they charged so many «fees» it left us without any allowance to purchase our glasses. When we left the office after my daughter got her exam, she said to me «mom, she didn’t do the 1 or 2 thing where you say what is clearer». Sure enough, she couldn’t see with the new prescription they put her in. When we got her glasses my daughter was seeing rainbows and felt like she was in a funhouse with all of the distortion a her lenses were so wrong! So we had to go back again, and this time I watched the doctor working with her. She barely touched the lens viewer, and changed her prescription yet again, now claiming she suddenly must have an astigmatism. Long story short, we went back to our old eye doctor, where we should have gone to in the first place. They had to start from last years exam and start over. She had my daughters Prescription so screwed up! This lady drastically changed her prescriptions, as if she didn’t know how to. I’ve told several people to stay away from this office. They’re clueless! My first clue should have been the sight of their «office». A scattered mess with papers everywhere, and them having to dig, literally, through it to find a chart and even their paper appointment book. I should have ran then… Catch up to the world, get yourself a computer, and get organized. People, you’ve been warned.

Dr. Sharareh is great and her office staff is very courteous and professional. They are located at the Walmart on 620, but of course they are not affiliated with Walmart. Texas state law requires optometrist to be independent. I believe they are also open on Sundays. Eye exam with contact lens fitting and a weeks supply of lenses was about $ 90.

Dr. Sherry is excellent! She is personable, profession and affordable. My wife and I have been going to her for the past 1 yr and have really enjoyed seeing her.
