Four Points Dental Studio

If you have a DHMO, avoid this place. Long story short, on the day I was scheduled to receive treatment (just some simple ‘ol fillings COVERED 100% by my insurance after my copays), Four Points decided to charge me full price for the service. When I pointed it out, they refused to honor my copays. At first, the receptionist tried to tell me that the amounts they were billing me for WERE my copays, then they blamed it on my insurance, then it was a miscommunication…
After about half an hour of trying to get an explanation out of them, I decided to call my insurance then and there. The insurance rep assured me that the treatment would be covered, and the only amount I was required to pay for that visit were the copays. I even asked the rep to call Four Points to explain this, which she did immediately after ending our phone call. Still, even after that, Four Points didn’t budge. I left their office, called my insurance again, and I filed a complaint with them.
That following week, I received a call from someone at Four Points billing dept, I think. The person I spoke with tried to explain to me WHY I was being billed full price for my treatment. Didn’t make sense to me, so I asked her to email me the info instead. As of this date, I’ve yet to receive any correspondence from Four Points Dental.
On a positive note, I’ve since switched to a different dentist and haven’t had any issues!

Dr. Heiman is so great! I have a terrible fear of the dentist and my visit required a root canal and large filling. He and his staff made me feel secure and confident. It was a smooth process and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend them!

Once again these guys are AWESOME!!! I also just got to do to the Green Lawn Dental location and it was the same staff. They walked me through everything and my procedure was very quick and painless! I HATE going to the dentist but I LOVE going here :)

So… like most of us, I hate going to the dentist! I had a bad experience when I was 9 that I’ve never been able to shake. Therefore, every time it’s time for a teeth cleaning I cringe and find any number of excuses to avoid going. I’ve been going to this particular dentist office for 4 years. Unfortunately, this office has seen 4 providers come and go in as many years, but to simplify my life and to avoid giving my entire dental history over and over again, I’ve just stuck out the bad ones and endured my cleanings, while praying I wouldn’t need any serious work done. Well, when I realized I did have a problem with 2 of my very old crowns, I was trepidatious about who the new dentist would be when I walked in. I was so pleasantly surprised to find Dr. Heiman. He is a kind, gentle, affable, young dentist with lots of personality and even more skill. He quickly identified the problem with my crowns, while showing me the x-​ray evidence to appease my obvious skepticism, and endured my endless grilling over whether or not he was capable of doing the work! He put my mind at ease with his confidence and I let him go to work. He took his time and explained everything to me as he went along. He genuinely cares about the quality of his work and obviously loves what he does (although, as I told him, I cannot imagine why anyone would want to work on people’s teeth!). When my permanent crowns came in from the lab they were a little tight and a little too high. He went to work at perfectly fitting them to my picky standards and assured me he wouldn’t let me leave until they felt perfect to me. I highly recommend Dr. Heiman! For the first time in my life, I’m not scared to go back to the dentist!
You may be wondering if I’m being paid by them at this point, but I promise I’m just a regular Four Points resident who usually hates dentists!

I just moved to the neighborhood and was in search of a quality dentist. A friend of mine suggested Four Points Dental and had such great things to say about them. I’m like most people in that going to the dentist’s office isn’t my idea of fun, but as soon as I showed up for my appointment here I was so pleasantly surprised! The entire staff is so nice and easy to get along with. They were so respectful of my appointment time and I pretty much had no wait before I was in the chair getting my exam. I’ve been to so many other offices that make you wait around before being seen, so this really impressed me.
The dentist, Dr. Heiman, was very personable and I had no problems talking with him and asking questions. He was very open and honest with me on my treatment options, even telling me when he thought that a procedure I wanted to get done was unnecessary. He could have very easily just taken my money and gone through with it, but instead he gave me all the facts in a knowledgeable, easy-​to-​understand way without pressuring me to close a sale.
I am SO HAPPY to have finally found a great dental office I actually trust my teeth to. The staff and dentist here are so genuine and really care about their patients, and it really shows. Highly highly recommend!

So lucky this group is in network on our Travis County insurance plan! Nice office, new equipment, knowledgeable staff, and they don’t try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need. Unlike many mass production dentist ‘mills’ this is a small boutique office that gives attention to detail and knows your whole family by name. We have had the routine cleanings and fillings, and now I just had 3 crowns. I have referred others to this dentist and all have come back with a great experience. Thanks so much guys!
