History
Established in 2010.
Foreign & Domestic opened in May of 2010. Owned by Chef Ned Elliott, the 47-seat restaurant has become a neighborhood favorite for expertly prepared food at reasonable prices. Chef Ned Elliott received a Rising Star Chef award from Starchefs. The restaurant has been featured in Garden & Gun Magazine, Plate Magazine, and Austin Monthly magazine, as well as on The Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, The Travel Channel’s Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, and The Cooking Channel’s Unique Sweets.
