I bought a $ 40 pair of sandals. When I got home, I noticed a rip in the rubber-​like sole. Disappointed, but not worried — I’d just take them back, right? WRONG! I had the receipt, the tags and even the bag they gave them to me in. Less than 3 days after purchase, I walk in to exchange my sandals with every proof of purchase you could ask for, hoping to get a new pair of sandals that weren’t defective. I’m told they cannot exchange my sandals. I’m told that I have to package my sandals and pay to ship them to the manufacturer who will then assess whether or not I will get replacement sandals. At that point, I’m so mad I just ask for my money back. I’m told I’ll have to get it from the manufacturer. Wow!!! I’d never heard of such a thing. Ridiculous! That would be like buying Nikes from footlocker and having to deal with some manufacturer in Thailand to get your money back.
I want EVERYONE to understand that buying from this place is not a good idea — unless you have a lot of time and postage stamps. The sandals are over priced and the quality customer service that usually comes along with paying more is totally absent.
