History

Established in 2009.

Active in real estate for many, many years, and after participating in the management of another luxury real estate franchise, Broker/​Owner Todd Smith opened Fine Austin Living in Westlake in 2010. With two successful years underway, we purchased our second office location in Central Office, and after a renovation period opened our doors on Koenig Lane at the beginning of 2012.

Business Owner

Todd was born in the Washington, D.C. area and raised in various localities including Germany, Arizona and Massachusetts, and graduated from St. Stephen’s School in Alexandria, Virginia. After high school, Todd attended the University of Arizona, majoring in Accounting, Finance and Real Estate.

Being the son of a real estate broker and holding an active real estate license since 1978, Todd’s familiarity with entrepreneurship led him to embark on a career in motion picture financial management, moving to Los Angeles, California in 1983 where he worked on 42 theatrical films, working both for independent distributors as well as major studios.

Todd’s roots and passion for real estate, his grasp of technology and appreciation for the power one can leverage with the right tools, plus his dogged-​determination to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction has propelled him to have one of the most fastest-​growing and successful Real Estate practices in Austin.
