Fighting Fit Boot Camp™ is an innovative and exciting boot camp weight loss and conditioning program.
It combines indoor and outdoor fitness instruction with the same martial arts conditioning methods professional fighters and athletes use. This program is now being offered by Licensed Facilities across the United States.
The program was conceived and created by self defense and fitness instructor Mike Massie. It’s the first program of its kind to combine outdoor fitness training with martial arts conditioning, so you’ll maximize your results in the shortest amount of time possible.

Business Owner
Coach Forrest Caudill is the owner of Fighting Fit of Austin Texas. Coach Forrest is a Certified Personal Trainer and Jeet Kune Do Kickboxing instructor.
He has trained in Jeet Kune Do for 17 years.
Coach Forrest has been teaching group fitness classes and providing personal fitness training since 2000.
