I called Diana Rodriquez and left a message regarding a property I had listed. She did not return my phone call. Over a week later I called again and was finally able to to reach her. When she could not assist me in the manner that I requested she decided to hang up on me. How sad that young people have no social skills and cannot carry on a simple conversation. If everyone in this company is like Diana Rodriquez they must have some very serious problems.

Worst company EVER! There customer service is TERRIBLE wish I would have gotten the ladies name I spoke with, who hung up on me. I usually love writing great reviews but this was not the case. I called because they had mistakenly posted on my window a sign that they were going to be changing the locks and winterizing the property because they «inspected» it and looked vacant. Obviously it wasn’t because we have a permit on the window from the city we got last week to renovate the property (date is on it). One of our cars is in the drive way and you can tell we’re obviously doing work. I get it doesn’t get updated in your system that quickly but you would think your employees would be diligent and maybe make sure before putting such notice on the window. Anyway I call up your company and the girl I spoke to was soo rude, she kept rushing me off the phone I asked to speak to a supervisor and she quickly said we don’t have one. I hope you record your employees calls for quality if not your company obviously does not care about quality. Then she hangs up on me. The only reason I didn’t call back is because your wait time is too long. This is ridiculous! Your company should for one; do there due diligence before they start sticking notices on windows and having your employees walk on people’s property.
