Great customer service! **If you need to get a hold of the establishment for questions/​directions just email them or leave a message. The owner personally emailed me right away! I have been looking for Susan Lanci pet accessories all over the Round Rock/​Pflugerville/​Austin area & Fetch carries it! I’m so happy!

What a «treat» to shop at this woman owned business! The store is full of special items difficult to find elsewhere. I had been looking for a barrette for my red male poodle puppy. The owner was wonderful as she helped me find what I wanted. Also, a very sweet customer got involved in helping us and showed me how to place the barrettes in Harley’s hair. We left an hour later after lots of advice and laughter. A must for the stylish pooch, large or miniature, in your family.

We met Cynthia, the AMAZING Wonder Woman owner! She was so nice!
She runs the show, so please check for her hours of op., she is open 11 – 4 Saturday and closed on Sundays.
The store is primarily for dogs but she does have a small selection of cat toys, etc.
Cynthia was just fantastic to our Betty and Boris. She had a cute table of Valentine cookies. I LOVE themed items!
She has an array of treats, from snack bones to bully sticks and even treats made with human grade ingredients as mentioned in other reviews.
The prices broadly range so there is something there for every woof.
The beaded collars and decorative leashes were works of art.
We met a wonderful customer who has shopped loyally at Fetch for 8 years and she was there with Rigley, her gorgeous, well mannered rescue boy. (It was an honor to meet you, Kelly! Rigley, you too!)
There is a fun statue of a bull dog in the store.
There is also cool decorations with paintings of Cynthia’s lab throughout the back wall of the store.
We had such a great experience here! This is the way all dog stores should be. Cynthia let my hounds try some fantastic treats and she has a sweet potato and chicken treat that we will be going back to get.
We wish Cynthia MUCH continued success and she even knows of many photographers that will capture your best friend in his or her best light… This place is truly 5 star!

my dogs all love coming here. seriously before we walk in the door they know they are in for a treat.
atmosphere: little local designer pet friendly pet boutique.
service: every visit I have encountered friendly attentive service.
price: its a place for spoiled pets and can be on the pricy side if you get carried away. I usually come here for their holiday gifts and special occasions.
overall: I think cute quality dog toys and designer duds are worth it for everyones witty bitty babies:)

LOVE this place! This is my go-​to dog boutique for everything! We have been shopping here since about the time she opened it and can’t stop! It’s been a little over 6 years now. My little min pin loves this store, she thinks the entire store is for her. Which it is! Colt can’t calm down when we pull up, she starts crying and carrying on until we get in the door and she runs to see Aunt Cynthia.
I buy absolutely everything here. She has everything from tiny tees and dresses to top of the line collars, dog bowls, plush beds, adorable toys, durable toys, intelligence games, bones, treats, dog food, doggy ice cream, life jackets and any accessory you could think of!
Fetch has THE BEST collars hands down. They are gorgeous — we are partial to the leather collars covered in swarovski crystals. She was the first place I ever saw the step-​in harnesses at and has by far the best ones. She always is doing new custom ones. She has the exclusive on a few brands for the Austin area and always has the highest quality clothing and accessories. We love to shop here!
Fetch has the best treats and bones — all natural and tasty (my min pin is providing that info). Anytime Colt sees the bag — even if I disguise the bag she knows and goes WILD! We love it at Fetch and Cynthia is always so nice and helpful. I love chatting with her and she spoils my little love! Anytime I’ve ever needed anything she has ordered it and has it in ASAP. We ordered doggy sunscreen 2 weeks ago and it was in store in less than a week — we are Summer Ready!!!

This tiny dog boutique is adorable! They stock lots of stuff for the pampered pooch — great selection of pretty collars and leashes and beds…
I recently bought Mia a 40LB bag of Pedigree dog food that she refuses to eat until she is starving; so, I decided to indulge her and get some seasoning for her food. We stopped into Fetch and decided to go with the Bow Wow Bacon Cheeseburger organic human-​grade seasoning, «produced at a human-​grade food facility in the USA and a great way to introduce holistic probiotics to Fido’s meals»: 100% Beef stock powder, cheese, organic tomato bits, organic bacon bits and spices. Sounds good to me — I might even sprinkle it on my salad ;) And, Mia loves it!

This place is teeny tiny and super cute! It’s on the pricey side (I paid $ 32 for a Dublin Dog collar). My big complaint is that despite it’s tiny size, I was practically ignored my first 20 minutes in the store while the shop owner waited on another customer HAND AND FOOT with their collars. I don’t think it would have been a big deal to that customer if she would have asked what I was looking for.
BUT, the owner is really good at helping you pick out a collar for your dogs color. For instance, I have a mostly white dog with brown/​red cow spots. I went for pink at first (because my dog is so masculine, everyone automatically thinks she’s a boy), but the shop owner pointed out that white haired dogs have pink undertones that you want to play down. So, we went with a girlie yellow floral collar instead and I was OH so happy :)

I give this pet boutique a thumbs up! While they can use a little help in providing a little more stock (that means «go there and support them with your patronage so they can buy more stock!), the owner is very personable and helpful. Their location is well-​hidden bin Westlake but I think it’s worth it to support a local pet store. Terrific pet beds (maybe I can kick my dog out of my bed now!)
