I would give no stars if I could
FedEx ground, not to be confused with regular fedex, is the worst way to ship or receive a package. They refuse to hold it at their facility, their drivers are the laziest ones around. They have terrible customer service. Regular fedex however, which is any fedex that is not fedex ground does a good job.

Ever wonder where your package goes when you miss three delivery attempts? It goes here.
The lady at the window is super nice, but boy is this place hard to find. It is way back behind the Ben E. Keith distribution center off of McKinny Falls Parkway, with no signs or anything to indicate that it is back there.
Once you get there, you have to be buzzed in through the gate. That and the six foot fence topped with barbed wire makes it feel like you’re visiting a penitentiary.
My suggestion? After two attempts, go online and have it delivered to a FexEx facility close to you.
