History

Established in 1962.

Fashion Floors is the oldest retail flooring business in Austin and has survived the years with one objective, treat customers with respect.

We have the flooring experience and knowledge and treat every order

with attention to detail. We always offer after the sale service and provide

warranties in writing. Also, we want the customer to be totally satisfied with their project so we don’t even ask about final payment until our satisfaction sheet is signed.

Fashion Floors still has the same installers as ten years ago. Our installers are precise, professional and respectful of every home they are in. We never have any installer we don’t know working at one of our projects.

Meet the Business Owner

Tim S.

Business Owner

As partner and active general manager Tim believes in greeting each order with a phone call that ensures the customer is in good hands before and after the flooring project. It is this practice that gives customers a feeling of service rather than just buying some floors. Tim has a degree in marketing and has always been involved with customer service and project management. He always considers customer importance over policies and expenses and always ensures that each customer will be important no matter the size of the project. Tim has a large focus on service after the sale and wants customers for life.
