If you want the reputation of a big company and the customer service of a boutique agency, this is it. Jenny Harrison’s office is located in an original Central Austin neighborhood and full of charm. Working with them allows you to have a great policy, at a great price and still have the personal connection when you need it. While getting my car inspected, I realized I had an expired insurance card. I wan’t going to pass inspection without this proof. With a direct call to her office, I had a new card faxed directly to the dealership. I was on my way with no call to a 1800 #. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Both Jenny and her staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgable and service oriented.

Love, love, love Jenny and Shawna! I thought I was paying a really low price with another insurance company for comprehensive coverage. I was wrong, I’m now paying way lower than before. Type of coverage didn’t change. Let’s face it, we’ve all jumped ship for lower prices. I will no longer need to look elsewhere. So glad I’m with Harrison Insurance Agency.

Dean is always helpful and quick to update my policy if need be. We got much lower rates than with the other big guys, and the level of customer service is better than I’ve ever had, and on a much more personal scale than with my last insurance agency. I was refered to Jenny Harrison insurance agency by a friend of mine and it has been the single best decison I have made. Jenny is so knowledgeable about the policies she offers and about her clients. She offered to review the insurance policies my husband and I had through another big name insurance carrier and found that we were lacking some very significant coverage.
