E’Shee Nails Spa

I really liked this place. They weren’t busy on a Wednesday and the ladies asked before we sat down what we would like to drink. There wasn’t very many people there so we got mani-​pedis at the same time so it was like a double team of efficiency and they were really polite. I really liked that they didn’t pressure us into doing some crazy expensive treatment and also let me know that my french tips were a little extra. When they couldn’t get my nails just right they acknowledged their mistake and fixed it immediately which was super nice and professional. I should have been more vocal about the fact that I like short nails so they didn’t have to fix it so many times – but that was my fault and not theirs. I ended up taking about 2 hours longer than expected but it was worth it and I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes getting great service from friendly people.

I love having my nails done. This place is so great and clean, consistent and all have a great attitude. Thank you E’Shee!

Selfishly I don’t want to write this review… Like to keep Von and Jane my own little secret, but to the benefit of the public I must share my great experience.
The staff is wonderful… Patient, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable! What more could you ask for?
Von did my nails, I would highly recommend him. He’s a super nice guy, has excellent customer service skills and great nail technician. I’ve never done almond nails before so I was indecisive about she shape, style, color, basically everything. Von was patient, listened to my vision and concerns and made recommendations accordingly.
The shop is nice, clean and has nice equipment. No strong acrylic odors like most places. They have complementary beverages including water, beer and wine.
Can’t really think of anything to complain about. I’ll definitely be back.

This place got my attention on Facebook. I live in SW Austin and would have never gone there if I hadn’t see pics of their facilities and beautiful nail work online. I made the trip this week and was not disappointed. I was welcomed with a nice greeting to set the tone for what would be the best nail salon experience I’ve had. Tammy did my nails and Ly did my deluxe pedicure. I told Tammy how I had a problem with the SNS overlays I get being too lumpy and thick, as well as poorly shaped, no matter where Ive gone. This service is too pricey to not be happy with what you’re given. She did such an amazing job! My nails look gorgeous and natural, and Tammy gave them a clean coffin shape. I am picky and a hard judge, partly bc I am a licensed cosmetologist myself and I do give customer service in my line of work also. With this, I can say I was 99.9% pleased when I’m usually 75%-80% pleased with my SNS service. Ly was very sweet. She did awesome on my pedi, she took her time and it was just what I needed on a stressful day. My polish and powder matched perfectly. Von was very friendly, he made his rounds chatting with guests. Besides Tammy’s wonderful nail work, she was also a delight to talk with and so incredibly nice. The salon was clean and very upscale compared to most nail salons I’ve been in. They used the bags in the pedi bowls which I personally like very much. They offer beverages, including wine… my fave. I had a headache that day so I had a Coke and water instead… but they got you covered. Between Tammy, Ly, Von, and the women working the reception area, my visit was so GREAT and accommodating, I couldn’t NOT leave a review. I’ve told everyone they need to go there and will be taking my SIL along next visit.

I had a fantastic first impression of this salon. It was very clean, organized, and stylish. I came in for a fill and gel paint with nail art. Von took me right away and offered me a beverage. He was kind, polite and a great sense of humor. During my visit, several groups of women came in for pedicures, so they must be good. I am extremely happy with my nails and I will definitely be returning.

The whole environment is different than your typical nail salon! Von and his wife make sure your offered a drink and at settled in. Relaxing environment with amazing nail technicians! I always have Von do my stiletto nails because I know every time I will walk out feeling fabulous about them!

Updated 3 days later to load my nail pic, it is already lifting. I am so disappointed. I am not sure when I can make it out to have them fix it. I can’t risk taking another 2 hour lunch just for a nail repair.
Updated to add my daughter’s crappy gel mani photo. How does «shrinkage» happen in less than 12 hours?! And her pinky nail is not even close to being the same shade as the others. It looks as though she didn’t apply the base red underneath the red glitter. I am so annoyed that I didn’t catch this at the salon. By the time we make it out there, it’s highly probable that they will say that it’s natural growth.

I came here because the ratings are amazing and boy do I agree. I love this place! It is clean, the people are very friendly and it looks really sleek.
The man that did my nails was extremely talented and SO polite. I am seriously loving my nails. Worth EVERY penny. I will be recommending this place and I will be returning

Von and his team is amazing! I have been to so many nail salons in Austin. I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed at a nail salon. Von is so amazingly talented I give him a vision each and every time and he nails it. They are very quick, efficient and have quality work to show. My nails stay on more than 3 plus weeks. I love how humble they are. They are highly recommended wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Beautiful and spacious nail salon and spa. Extremely friendly service, top notch knowledge, and services. I get a full set of nails and gel polish. They guarantee them for 2 weeks, will fix any damage within that time. I love this new place!

I came here because this place has great ratings. I found the shop to be clean, organized and noticed that a lot of thought went in to the décor of this place.
I was warmly greeted when I entered and I felt mediately comfortable. So much so I didn’t mind the ten minute wait. I should have made an appointment. I picked the color for my SNS nail job. I asked to have my nails cut shorter since they had gotten way to long to type. The nail tech noticed that my nails were very thick. She suggested that we do them thinner so that would look more natural.
I must say I am impressed with the quality of work being done at this shop. There was a lot of filing needed to make my nails thinner yet my cuticles were never abused. Not only did they do a great job, they didn’t hurt my fingers. I would highly suggest this place.

This place has only been open for around two and a half months and I hope they are here to stay because I LOVE them.
One of my Christmas presents was a treat yoself sort of thing where I got to get a mani and pedi. Um, hello, yes, sign me up for that please. I love having my nails done. I usually paint them myself, but sometimes I like the whole enchilada with the cuticle work, too. My usual place is crazy far south, so I wanted to find something a little closer to me for when I’m not up for making the trip that far south. Enter E’Shee Nails Spa.
I walked in and they weren’t crazy busy, which is good because it’s the holiday season and I know they’ve probably been slammed. I was helped right away and they got me settled into a chair. Jane was my technician and I can’t praise her highly enough. She made sure the water wasn’t too hot, gave me tips on how to use the massage chair, and started right away on making my feet their best selves.
The pedicure was great — probably one of the best I’ve ever received. Nothing was painful and she made sure to ask at any point where she thought she might be hurting me. She never did, but I really appreciate her asking, just to make sure. She even used this cheese grater looking thing to remove dead skin — I couldn’t help but laugh a little. It was super effective, even if it did look slightly silly. I have extremely ticklish feet, but she was good about using the tools in such a way to reduce any accidental ticklishness. My feet are now extremely soft and the polish job was great — is it weird if I say my feet might even look beautiful? Feet are so weird, but Jane made mine look amazing. Too bad it’s still winter and I can’t wear sandals to show them off!
After the pedicure, Jane took me over to a table to do my manicure. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she immediately said, «I have that picture, too! That’s how I’m doing my nails for New Year’s!» Haha, I guess I have good taste in nail polish. She was efficient and thorough throughout the entire process. As she was doing my nails, she again kept checking in with me to make sure everything was coming out how I wanted and that I liked everything. I’m not too picky with my nails, so I loved everything, but I did appreciate her asking.
And those massages — holy cow, those massages. They were AMAZING. No joke. Jane gives a pretty fantastic foot and hand massage.
At the end, she had me sit under a dryer so my nails could dry and she checked in on me periodically to see how they were coming along. I really liked this because, normally, I sit under the dryer for a little while and no one does anything. Am I free to go? Should I let them dry longer? I have no idea. There’s no guessing here! When Jane felt they were dry, I paid and headed on out. I thanked her profusely for making my nails look so awesome because they seriously look awesome. From pictures, I see that they can do even more intricate nail art and I am really excited to try some of that next time.
I am seriously impressed by the manicure and pedicure I received today. My nails are perfect for New Year’s Eve and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out or with the quality of the services. I’m going to be coming back here for sure.

Got acrylics done by Van for an upcoming wedding. My nails were in pretty bad shape and no sweat. Had a great color selection & I’m excited to try out some nail art or dramatic looks next time as I can tell he is a good technician.
AMAZING customer service. Everyone is polite and positive. They were running a little behind when they took me in and gave me a free eyebrow /​upper lip wax for the wait. Either way, judging by the Unilocal reviews and the positive reactions of the clients when I visited, you can be assured you’ll walk out very happy.

OMG! Me and my girls have been searching for a new nail salon and we have absolutely found it!
The salon is well equipped, very clean and the polish options are second to none. They use disposable tools as well as liners in the bowls to ensure cleanliness!
We were greeted at the door, offered a glass of wine, spa type selection and were immediately serviced (we set an appointment and they were ready for us)
Von is absolutely a riot, fell in love with him within minutes
We will ALL be coming back!

Why can’t I live closer to this place? Yesterday during lunch I decided to go get my nails done and found this place because of Unilocal.I have shellac on them now so I was going for a color change. They were so friendly as soon as I walked in the door. Jane did my nails and she did an amazing job! I will be going back. The atmosphere is so nice and modern, they have a lot of pedicure chairs and nail stations. They will offer you a beverage and make your nails look fabulous! Go people just go!!!

When I came in to get my old shellac removed and a new color applied, a young guy seated me and wrapped my nails to soak. There was a woman next to me who worked there who was getting her nails done by someone, and the young guy went and hung out with them for about 10 minutes. So I sort of awkwardly sat by myself not knowing what was going on. Then the lady who was getting her nails done came over and started removing my shellac, I guess I just thought the whole order of things was odd.
As far as my manicure goes, it was the cleanest job I’ve ever had. There wasn’t a single drop of polish on my cuticles, everything was smooth and even, and when a bubble appeared she buffed it down and repainted it. My only gripe was that I asked her not to file my nails much and to keep the shape, but she filed the tops down and just left the edges very sharp and pointy. I had to ask her a couple times to smooth the corners which surprised me because they seem to do a great job here. She was very friendly and didn’t seem to mind, but she had the nail polish bottle open and was about to paint them like that before I interjected.
There was also a woman seated next to me for a while who had an appointment but no one was available to taker her, they seem understaffed.
I would definitely come back because the outcome was great, but I wouldn’t say my first experience was A+.

Now that I’ve found this place, I will never go to another nail salon again. They are so detailed and great to their customers!

Seriously the BEST set of nails I’ve ever had!
I live in Pflugerville, maybe 20 – 30 mins away but I happened to be in the area.
I would come here again despite the distance!
They treat their clients with care and respect,
do a marvelous job!
I had acrylic with a gel nail polish to remove (I wanted a new set)
They were gentle in taking off my last set,
My new set was amazing, couldn’t keep my eyes off of how beautiful they are the rest of the evening.
It’s hard to find a good nail salon where they take their time and do a fabulous job! The shape is perfect and my nails aren’t thick at all as they usually are when I go to other places!

I have been waiting of this nail spa to open so despite the torrential rain, I made an appointment for a mani pedi. The morning of my apt, I received a text reminder with the option to confirm. Really nice!
Here is what I felt set this place apart from other places I have been in and out of Austin.
— When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and offered the option to do my services at the same time or separately. This was really nice since at other salons it was never my choice.
— My appointment was right on time! Since they are new, they are still building their business, but loved that they were ready when I got there.
— The spa is nicely decorated, clean, new, and big! This would be a great place to go for a bridal or a bachelorette party. Great selection of nail color too!
— Both my mani and pedi were great! Nails look good, leg and arm massage was amazing, and an overall great experience. They also offer waxing and facials. Thinking I will give them a try my next visit.
Being new, they were offering a 15% discount. I didn’t even have to ask, they just automatically gave it to me! They also gave me a coupon for myself and a friend on my next visit.
Love the staff! Loved the service! Hope people will check them out. Don’t think they will disappoint!
