I am honored to have you as my guest.

I have always had a curiousity for self healing through relaxation techniques and the art of energy healing.

As you allow your self to just «BE» this creates an open channel for energy to flow where resistance may be congested creating pain or other ailments. As you become relaxed you feel the shoulders soften and you begin to breath with ease as you begin to feel lined up, relaxed, revived and vibrant! You’ve taken your energy back and as you sense what this feels like again it is not so easy to continue to give it away. This I have learned by listening and witnessing my clients over the last 18 years. Each session is unique, as we are all unique individuals and as the energy within you shifts, everything else tends to follow the flow.
