Friendly staff. Nail polish chipped off after 3 days. Good price. I’ll give them another visit.

My pedicure here was pretty awful, I don’t know if it was the brand name or what but I hadn’t even left the salon and it was streaky and just not pretty like a pedicure should be. By the next day, it was chipping in some places and the polish had come off in others. However, my manicure was pretty fantastic. I got a regular manicure and people asked me all week if I had gotten shellac! For that reason I gave the 4 stars. Price is pretty standard. I might try a few other places and come back.

Everyone is so friendly and great at their jobs. Prices are good too! I’ve had trouble in the past with Vietnamese owned places with people being rude, giving me an infection, or obviously criticizing us in Vietnamese. Here it was a totally different story. They definitely got a new regular.

I went here a few weeks ago, and have been meaning to write a review, but Ive just been swamped. I stopped into get me a french gel manicure… little did I know it was going to be one of the worst nail salon experiences ever. They quoted me $ 18 when I walked in. First off they used OPI gel products, which I have never had before, but I figured its OPI and should be just fine. Well, NOTFINE. The woman who started on me didn’t seem to have ever done a gel manicure on anyone before, and switched out with someone else 10 min in. For some reason, the gel was not drying under the light, and both hands had to be redone TWICE, and one of my thumbs THREETIMES. 3 times people. Also, none of the lines for the french tip were straight. Anyways to make a long story short, a 25 min procedure, took a little over an hour, and they still made me pay the $ 18. The gel didn’t even last a week. The least they could have done was give me half off. I know I will not be returning here.

I don’t normally get my nails done on a regular basis, but I got the best shellac manicure of my life two weeks ago and now I think its time to work them into the monthly budget. I walked in and was immediately helped by Trinni. She is very friendly, took great care and paid close attention to detail the entire time. Elite has a ton of shellac polish to choose from and Trinni helped me pick the best purple polish. I have seriously gotten a million complements on my nails, I love them! This is the first time a shellac manicure has actually lasted two weeks or more. The place was clean, relaxing and positive. It seemed like the employees knew everyone that walked through the door, which means regulars — which is always a great sign! Elite has definitely gained a new client :-) Please give them a try — you won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to go back for another manicure and to try out their pedicures!

I went in because I needed the gel taken off my nails quickly. Guy at the front told me $ 17 for basic manicure and gel removal. Their polish selecrion was limited and some of it was pretty old or near empty. The lady who did them didn’t talk at all. The massage was rushed and she kept scratching me with her nails. It lasted all of 2 minutes, if that. She put one color on 8 nails and another color on 2 nails WITHOUT telling me that this was somehow an additional charge, for what I don’t know. It took 20 minutes for my nails to dry, which is unacceptable. I believe this had to do with the fact that she put a nail hardener on first before color and didn’t let it dry all the way. She also didn’t remove all the skin from around my nails, didn’t remove all the excess paint from my cuticles, there are still a few small spots of gel paint on a couple nails and she didn’t trim them at all. I was in a rush so I didn’t make her correct these mistakes, but she got no tip from me. I would strongly advise no one to go here. There were a few dead crickets on the floor and from where I was sitting, I could see dirt and hair in the pedicure tubs. GROSS!!! If I don’t catch a disease from this place, I’ll be happy. UPDATE: 8 hours later, the polish she put on my nails has completely lifted from all but 3. Awesome. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Nothing bad to say. Lots of nail polish color selections. No yapping from Workers, it was actually pretty quiet aside from the nail filing and TV noise! Great massage chair for my back and fantastic leg and foot rub. $ 25 for a regular pedicure and I am satisfied!

I have been going to Elite Nail salon for years. Jimmy and Lisa, the owner and his wife, are fantastic. I broke a nail and rushed in at 7:00, closing time. The salon was empty. I asked Jimmy if he could fix my nail. He did it with no problem and did not rush. He did not even charge me. Extra big tip for him! The salon is always friendly and it’s fun when Jimmy is watching football! I had a mani pedi at an expensive salon that did not even last a week. Tran is amazing with nails and eyebrows. I would recommend this nail salon very highly. And it’s clean! If you want the pricey salon experience this isn’t your place. If you want a great mani pedi at a great price, Elite nails is the best.

I’ve completely changed my mind about Elite Nails & Spa. During my last visit the technician severely cut my toe, and it took almost 5 minutes to stop the bleeding. !No Apology! She would not let me look at my pedicure in the shop. When I got home I discovered the polish on every toe had bubbles in it. And 5 hours later the polish had not dried, so during my sleep all the nails had marks on them from my bedsheets. I called and told the owner about this, and he offered for me to return any time for new polish. A couple of weeks later I when I returned I stayed extra long trying to get the toenail polish completely dry. But again it was full of bubbles. DEFINITELYNOTRETURNINGORRECOMMENDING ! !

I was so hideously disappointed by my experience here. Nothing to cause you to run out crying, but nothing that compels you to return. This is an average shopping center nail shop. The type of place that’s between a Subway and a Verizon store. Where an appointment is certainly not necessary. I would go back, if I had to, but would never seek it out.

I love this nail salon. It’s small but nice. The employees were very nice and professional and I got a GREAT pedicure. Rather than having me sit and wait in a chair while an employee finished up another customer, they went ahead and let me get comfortable in the chair and turned on the foot spa. It took a little bit longer than what I’m used to, but the really treat you to a good pedicure here. My nails look perfect. While others were getting pedicures in the spa chairs, another employee would be doing their nails which to me is as good as it gets. Sitting in a massage chair getting pampered while watching TV or reading a magazine is definitely my idea of a good time.
