History

Established in 2009.

The 18 brands of Niche Realty Brands LLC were established in 2013. Begun in 2005 under a different name, and licensed to broker real estate in Texas through Green Building Industries Intl Inc in 2013. We are now set up to serve all major Texas metros from our Austin, Houston, and DFW offices and Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL (HQ for Niche Realty Brands, LLC) as well as Arkansas through offices existing in those locations and everything in between and close-​by, thus stretching from NC to TX.

Having spent 30 years in real estate acquisitions and development as well as brokerage of real estate, Mr. Myer has worked for REIT’s and pension fund advisors as an Acquisitions/​Development Mgr. as well as owning his own development-​brokerage company starting in 2000. With experience in land development, site selection, hotels, luxury multifamily, luxury homes over 500k, and GREEN buildings, Mr. Myer has the ability to make your real estate transaction a success.
