Meet the Manager
Cindy P.
Manager
Cindy has been a health and fitness enthusiast for over 40 years staying active in rowing, hiking, and other outdoor activities. After a career spanning more than 30 years in the legal world, Cindy decided to pursue one of her true passions in life — helping people towards optimum health.
During that journey, Cindy’s attitude towards exercise changed. This shift caused her to take a whole new approach to working out and more clearly defining what her body needed (exercise) and what she wanted to do for fun (recreation) instead of trying to make every activity a workout. She has implemented the exercise vs. recreation philosophy for nearly 10 years first an Efficient Exercise client and now the manager of the downtown studio.
