Extremely unprofessional! I was sent inappropriate text mssgs by 1 of their drivers. I would rather just walk.

Amazing service!
Israel was 10 mins early to pick me up and take me to the airport. I had called the night prior to schedule a pick up and they were very friendly and punctual. if you need a ride to anywhere this is the company to go for even if it’s @ 5am! Thanks so much Israel!

Great service and Michael is friendly/​helpful at all times. As a new guy to Austin I would not use anyone else.

Great service. Moses arrived on time, in clean Lexus SUV. What a nice ride. Great driver. Will only call Eagle, and always request Moses.

If I could give negative stars I would. The cab arrived 25 minutes late. I had the driver ask me for directions multiple times (I am from metro-​Chicago!). I was in a Yellow cab 20 minutes earlier in error but, since I had called this driver, I waited.
The driver was apologetic for being late but cabs are dime a dozen so next time I will use someone else.

Eagle Cab Taxi has an awesome deal with great service! Today, I left my car key in my trunk and accidentally closed it off (I know it’s pretty dumb, but just you know it can happen to you anytime too! ;P). I panicked big time because without that key chain, I cannot even get into my apartment. Plus, I cannot get hold of my apartment office on weekend. So I had to call one of those pop-​a-​lock service and found Eagle Cab Taxis in Round Rock. It took about 20 minutes for them to get to West Campus, which was pretty quick I thought. Michael came over to the garage and pop the lock right away. I was So thankful that he was able to come to my apartment quickly. And it cost me $ 45. If you ever need a pop-​a-​lock service, this is place to call! Michaele is such a nice, friendly guy and he will help you on the spot!!!

«Eagle Cab» is a SCAM and the owner intimidates and stalks you to your door when you disagree with his invalid charges. I had to call the cops.
Upon getting in the cab, I repeatedly asked him to turn on the meter and was ignored. Then I told him that I would only pay LESS than $ 10 for the three miles I asked him to drive me.
When we arrived at my home, I thought I was being generous in giving $ 10 cash (He said his credit card machine is broken, surprise) He told me I need to give him an additional $ 15! I sat in his van debating with him for 5 minutes in front of my house. He backed up the van twice threatening me in a raised voice that «He is not afraid of a problem». I told him that without a meter reading or pre-​written price list, $ 10 was all that he could get out me, and I got out of the van.
He exited the van using profanity, following me to the gate, trying to grab me and block my path, and when I finally got inside my door, he was lurking behind it. He stayed until the police made him leave.
