The worst place to buy a car in Austin these S.O.B’s took our car after we were one day late and we notified them ahead of time, and they told us not to worry but sure enough the tow truck driver call me while I was at work telling me he has the car hooked up. Scam artists sorry S.O.B’s then they put the car on my Credit report y’all will never see a dime of that money suck it. DON’T BE A FOOL and spend your hard earned money here. Dynamic Thieves.

no stars!!! these people are crooks!!! I purchased a vehicle from them and about 45 days later the motor blew up. they took over a month to fix it, and as I write this, they still have it. its still not fixed. I filed a dispute thru bbb and they responded saying I drove the vehicle into the ground. Since I have had the vehicle I had a stroke and for the most part the vehicle was parked. So how could I have driven it into the ground? they just wanted to place the blame on somebody. they half checked this vehicle before I bought it. I had it checked and an oil change done within 48 hours of purchase, so there had to be something else wrong. however they never told me what cause the problem until I went thru the bbb. The 1 time they called me to tell me it was ready they had me come over 1 ½ and paid 40.00 getting there just to tell me it still wasn’t. I talked to them 4 times on that day and still no one told me it wasn’t ready until I got there. I blew up in there location. I became irate mainly because they wasted my time, cost me more money, and the fact that my child was waiting at school for me to pick him up, he then was stranded out in the rain because of this. He now has a cold, and I still don’t have my vehicle. They were willing to work with me after telling me I didn’t have to make the payment until the car was fixed and they would work with me to get caught up, but every time I explained what I would be able to do financially all they said was we will work with you. ive heard how they repo at the drop of a dime so that answer was not sufficient. Now because I became irate they have decided to NOT work with me. they never had any intentions. As if they are telling me I have no right to have been mad. Oh, and because of my rant a customer decided to leave. As I was leaving a customer stopped and asked me about my experience because she heard nothing good about them, I told her the truth. they work with you on your down pymnts, will work with you all the way round, they have a warranty on the vehicles, but their customer service is horrible. They are not honest people and they only want to take your money. Now I am out of 900.00 and 2 car payments and it will take me another 1000.00 just to get my vehicle back… because of them!!! So I have lost the 900.00 down and 2 pymts of 190.00 gone. I am a single mother and they have single handedly robbed me!!! I will be filing charges, and blasting them to everyone and everywhere I can so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
