I really dislike shopping here. We were just in there shopping for Christmas and they kept making announcements to return carts and keep your children close to you… oh btw thanks for shopping with us. Very condescending. I was in there one day months ago and some kids were in there with their mom… they were being good and laughing and they actually announced over the loud speaker«quit running in my store!» Are you kidding me? I won’t go back. I don’t need the extra intercom advising me what I need to do. Cheap crap to fill up the landfill anyway… usually breaks within the hour. blech!

This dollar tree had a lot of stuff I needed for just a dollar. Such as painting brushes, lotions, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, and much more. Customer service was pleasant also. I like this store.

Just that A-OK…found a small toy I was looking for. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

This location is HUGE… but the shelves are kinda bare, so maybe some downsizing would be beneficial. Walking in on a Monday afternoon, a handful of sections were disheveled enough to look unorganized and empty. I found about 90% of the items on my list and then some(as typical with any bargain store). The cashier was nice, and bagged all of my goods perfectly in my bag. By the way, they have REALLYCUTE re-usable shopping bags there! One day I’ll forget my own shopping bags and gladly pick out a few from their selection. Seriously. LOVETHEM!

I’ve never been to any of the Dollar Stores, but one of my friends shops there regularly and one day asked if I could take her to the Dollar Tree(which she says is the best of the Dollar chains). I didn’t think anything of it — — figured I wouldn’t buy anything for a buck, I mean WTF? Well little did I know what I was in for… I walked in a sober Dollar Tree Virgin and walked out 2 hours later a bonafide Dollar Tree Crack Addict w/8 bags of Dollar Crack. Damn I’m in trouble now. Everything is just a buck, no gimmicks or mark-ups. Not everything is a great buy, some stuff you can get at HEB or Walgreens(on sale) for the same price, and usually a better name brand product. But you can get tons of canned foods and odd stuff like roasted red peppers in a jar, Ocean Spray 32oz Cranberry Juice, Ty-D-Bowl toilet cleaner, an array of Mexican canned foods(Rotel tomatoes, black beans), soft soap pump refills, Spaghetti O’s, and all the Green Giant canned veggies your heart desires(green beans, corn, etc). Some drawbacks at the Dollar Tree Crack House: — loud children are common, although the staff uses the PA system to provide a warning. — quality and the unknown: some brands you never heard of, looks good, you buy it, try it, and that’s when you realize why you never heard of it and why it’s here, because it tastes like sh*t. What sucks even worse is that you made an impulse decision to buy several of them since it’s «only a buck» and now you’re stuck w/4 cans of shi*t that won’t sell for peanuts on Ebay. I’m talking some ripoff version of Chef Boyardee pasta in a can that’s bland as hell and is full of sodium and fat, and Chicken & Dumplings Soup that I wouldn’t even feed to my doggy. I get the Dollar Tree Crack Craving every few weeks and have been back a few times. And like every drug they say — — you’re always going back to experience that first high, but it’s never the same or as good. Well that’s exactly what’s happened, same crack, same stuff, same crap, and it kinda gets old after a while. Not as exciting as my first time but at least I know where to get some soft soap pump refills and roasted red peppers in a jar for just a buck.

Well for it being dollar tree… this place is ghetto. The employee’s don’t give a rat’s a$$ about anything. There are things all over the floor. There are kids just playing with stuff and not putting it back where it belongs. For the most part the employee’s just stand at the check stand waiting for things to do. I have been to lots of dollar trees and this one is a bad one. The lighting sucks… it always looks dark.

Carpet’s dirty and there are stains throughout. Everything’s $ 1 though, so you really can’t go wrong… Unless you’re barefoot.
