Established in 2010.

In Disch Events was created when two people who were passionate about the purpose of marriage and the value of a quality event met and fell in love. After planning their own wedding, Johnny and Crissalane decided to start Disch out the secrets for an unforgettable wedding to other couples seeking peace of mind during such an emotional and busy time of their lives. What makes the Disch team so unique is that the coordinating couple can be in two places at once. Crissalane is all about the details, style, etiquette and organization while Johnny keeps the groom and his men in the right place at the right time, handles all technical emergencies, negotiates on behalf of the bride and groom with vendors and can make magic happen with pre-​planning organization.

Business Owner

With degrees in Marking and Advertising from SMU, Crissalane gained insights into the business industry. Realizing that the creative side of business was where her skill sets shined, Crissalane moved to Austin where she gained her Masters of Advertising degree while focusing her creative skills. Crissalane joined in the business world working for companies such as Sun Microsystems, Lombardi Software and IBM before leaving the corporate industry to pursue her dream of becoming a wedding and event planner.

Johnny attended TCU in Ft. Worth where he served as President of the gentlemen of Phi Kappa Sigma. Johnny earned his business degree in Supply Chain Management. Since college, Johnny has worked for companies such as Lockheed Martin, IBM, eMeter and The Structure Group. The joy in building sincere relationships with the bride and groom and providing peace of mind throughout their engagement is what drives Crissalane & Johnny as partners in event design and wedding coordination.
