History

Established in 1996.

In 1996 a local business man saw the need to provide quality measured drawings of existing buildings to his commercial real estate associates. In 1998 he sold the business to a local architect. In 1999, current owner Mary Lawrence purchased the business and has been overseeing our growing success for 15 years. With hundreds of clients and millions of square feet processed, Dimensions Floorplans can measure and draw and building and it’s details better, faster and for less money than traditional architecture firms. Purchased 4-​year old company specializing in field measurement and site verification of commercial and residential real estate (as-​built plans). Buildings are measured using laser technology and the drawings are then transferred to computer using AutoCAD. We also provide space planning, design services, and project consulting on new construction.
