Belinda has over 20 yrs. of strong sales/​marketing experience and is also a Feng Shui Master. She uses this knowledge and experience to help your business make more money. She is an «interior refiner», improving the energy flow so you attract more clients and boost referrals. She can help with any phase of design, décor. Curb appeal, signage, exterior/​interior colors can all be addressed to give you the added edge.

History

Established in 1999.

As a corporate sales/​marketing executive in the medical device industry for many years, I was seeking more harmony, less stress in my life. I had a feng shui master do my home by phone and the results in my career and life were amazing. I asked to train with him which led me to a tour and training on the fundamentals in China in 1996. I began to help friends who had businesses and they had great results from saving a faling business to catapulting their success. I then decided to resign from my corporate role to start my own business in 2000 full-​time. I provide sales/​marketing advice to my business and corporate clients where needed to help the feng shui process succeed even more. I have worked with over 500 clients and lectured at over 375 locations. Taught feng shui design at Memphis State University and Austin Community College. Former Southeast Regional Dir. of Int’l Feng Shui Guild and President of Austin Feng Shui Guild.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Graduate of the University of Texas at Austin in Social Work. Worked as a medical social worker at Texas Children’s in Houston. Spent over 18yrs. in pharmaceutical and medical device sales. Roles were sales, training, and executive leadership. Left in 2000 in high standing to pursue my own business. Love decorating, gardening, and my two yorkies. Am Organizer/​Facilitator of AustinYorkie Group comprised of over 200 members to date. Enjoy eating out with friends or alone, inspiring movies, Audio CD’s, and lectures. Meditate with my buddhist friends on Sunday evenings. Mentor in the Big Sister Program in Austin, Tx. My 16 yr. old little sister and I have been together now for 7 yrs. I network weekly, send out a monthly newsletter with design tips, am published my first book. Feng Shui for the Loss of a Pet. I can’t believe I haven’t written an update! I have used Belinda to Feng Shui two offices for me now. Her interior design skills coupled with her extensive knowledge of Feng Shui (I hope I’m spelling that right) have done wonders for my business! Everyone comments on how warm and welcoming my office is. If you’re looking to create some good energy and prosperity in your workplace Belinda is your person!

I met Belinda a couple years ago at an event and she was teaching a class. I have always been interested in Feng Shui so it was a pleasure meeting her and learning more about it. Belinda came to my office a few months ago and Feng Shui’d my office space and also gave me tips for my home. I did everything she advised and my business picked up within a day or two and the flow of energy in my home improved greatly as well. I go to every class she has when I can and always get some great information to implement in my life. Belinda is a wonderful Feng Shui practitioner and I really appreciate her expertise and service. I was in the planning stages of my remodel when we met. At that point, I did not have a direction because there were so many choices; from curtains, to windows, to wall paint, to placement of the kitchen, to archways and furniture in every room, I was overwhelmed with choices. Belinda worked with me and applied her expertise one room at a time. We chose wall colors, window treatments ideas and colors, furniture, furniture styles and color motifs for the great room, bedrooms, office, and laundry. At the completion of our meeting I had a direction and a vision.
Presently my remodel is complete and both friends and clients often say, «it’s like an oasis in here» and «I really like coming here.» The benefits with Feng Shui are priceless and I highly recommend Belinda and her expertise.

After an office consultation for feng shui from Belinda, our marketing agency is buzzing with great energy allowing our employees to do what they do best. be creative! The client activity has easily tripled since implementing Belinda’s layout suggestions and I love how happy looking and feeling our office spaces are now. Belinda was very thorough in every detail of her suggestions and the direction she gave was customized to meet our specific goals. Her enthusiasm and expertise is undeniable. She is very professional and kind. She was always available after the consult for any questions. Once we followed her suggestions, she visited our office space again for another thorough evaluation with suggestions. I had been an adherent of feng shui for a long time but was stumped by the layout of my current house. I hired Belinda to help and boy, did she ever. She really knows her stuff (way, way WAY beyond my limited knowledge) and is very generous with her time and resources. I’ve noticed a definite improvement in things since I started working with her. My plants are growing better. And my dog, who had gotten a positive heart worm test, tested negative after my work with Belinda. I know! That’s huge. So hire her! But be ready when she comes over — she’s really thorough and you will have a great deal of information — and likely work to do — after she leaves!

I have been meaning to leave a review for a while now. I first started working with Belinda about 4 or so years ago. She Feng Shui’d my home and Chiropractic Wellness office. I was single at the time — but was ready to meet someone. She had me do a few simple things… that looking back now seem obvious. My home was set up for ONE person only! She has me ‘make room’ for someone to enter my life. Setting my home and bedroom up as if another person was living there. Just a few short weeks later I met my now husband. Coincidence? I don’t believe so… So simple and yet so powerful. We now hire her every new year to set us up in home and in my office. It;s our January tradition to have Belinda come over and feng shui us.
My business has also prospered year after year from her suggestions. What I love most about working with her is that she tries to use items you already own — versus having you buy all new things. She is very knowledgeable and has extensive training in her field, having traveled to China to study. She looks at Feng Shui not only as an art, but also knows the science behind the trade. I have recommended her to many colleagues and patients. She’s fun and easy to work with, and very much effective.
She’s also helped us integrate a new dog into our lives a few years ago using clearing methods and reiki on him. She might be a little bit of a «feng shui dog whisper!» His anxiety and pacing immediately seized after she worked on him. She also wrote a book on how to use Feng Shui while grieving for a lost pet. It’s a very powerful and comforting book if you have ever lost a pet.
Thank you Belinda! You may not know how profound your work has been in our lives, sometimes we forget to tell people how grateful we are as life gets busier and busier. We truly are grateful for all you do!

If you have doubts about the effectiveness of feng shui, as I did before using Belinda’s services, read on! I first used her services to help ready my father’s house for renting, after he had died in it. She did a cleansing and advised me of things I could do to make it more attractive and to attract the «right kind» of tenant (one that pays on time, etc). First people the agent interviewed were fabulous! they stayed 18 months and were more than I ever dreamed. I called Belinda in again for the second renting, and she helped stage the property, as rents were down and soft (Jan 09). Again, the first prospective tenants were fabulous and are still in the house one year later. She has also advised about my house and home based business. I had a «crazy neighbor» who was harassing me, reporting me to the City for code violations, vandalizing my yard, etc. Within two months after I enacted her suggestions, his wife discovered his actions, divorced him, and she and I are now friends. Belinda’s ideas are «little» things that make a big difference. Plus, she is quite willing to educate her clients as to the background (why should I do this?), and doesn’t buy into the «magical» attitude that some practitioners have. She is available for followup questions, very detailed oriented, and I find that her advice works! Well worth the investment of her fees.
