History

Established in 2005.

I am a consumer also, and I understand the need too offer an honest and timely service.“How Better to Predict Your Future Than to Create It” Stephen R Covey

I changed careers to the IT industry in 1996. My first job was with BellSouth as a computer tech installing DSL. I took courses in computer repair and networking at night and developed into a respected professional in just a few short years. I took computer and networking classes in 1996 – 97 but did not test. I felt I wanted real world experience before I was a certified tech of any kind. Sooo, once I had the experience, I became a Certified A+ computer repair tech in 2003. I became a Microsoft Certified Professional in 2003. I was a Dell Laptop/Desktop/Printer repair tech in 2005-06.I became an HP Desktop/Laptop/Printer Certified tech in 2008. I became a Network+ Certified tech in 2011. Being a service professional since 1997 has given me lots of practical hands on experience with Telco wiring, computers, laptops, and networking.

Meet the Business Owner

Jim R.

Business Owner

I was raised in Central and South Florida. I moved to Philadelphia, Pa in 2004 and quickly at the prompting of some customers started a business of my own. I still use that business name.

After a serious head injury I sold my business, not the name, and I went home to Florida to heal with the support of family.

Realizing that employment is just not great in Florida I decided to take a job as a traveling technician doing upgrade projects for banks, one in particular.

After several years of this I decided to find a warm but not so humid climate with mild winters, good music, and a growing population. I chose Austin, Texas and have not looked back.

I love it here and again have been prompted to start a business, and here I am. Thank you Austin!
