My pool was in really bad shape — murky and green algae. Got a few estimates and decided to go with Crystal Wave Pool Service for their reasonable pricing. Ali at CW exceeded my expectations and changed my pool to bright blue again in just a few days. The quick service and quality of work was very impressive!
Ali, the owner is awesome and really takes the time to explain to you what’s going on with your pool and best affordable solution. Got my pump and filter repair done from him as well, he is very honest with his customers and will try to get you the best deal on new parts required.
Would DEFINITELY recommend Crystal Wave for all your pool needs!

Requested quote on Thumbtack and CW CONTACTED me, Al came and inspected my above ground pool and scheduled my pool start up the following week (5 days later). He left me a message stating he would come 2 days after original scheduled date due to the rain. He didn’t show so I sent an email or a voicemail and 5 days later received: «I have been tied up and busy with a few of my regular customer’s Repairs and maintenance, I am sorry to inform you that I won’t be able to pick up your pool start up at this time.» 16 days wasted!!!
Obviously, CW doesn’t need any new business and waiting that long to respond show poor management of time and appreciation of possible customers.

I have used Ali and Crystal Wave Pool Service for the past few years, and I couldn’t be more pleased. He has always been prompt and responsible in his weekly service, but this past week, he was truly a pool saver. My pump motor burned out — not sure why — it may have been something to do with the storm. He was able to find the motor within a few days and installed it as soon as he got it before any real damage was done to my pool. I will always be grateful and remember him for this special service.

CW offered a bi-​weekly rate during the Nov-​Feb for a reduced rate. As soon as I signed up and prepaid for the service, they stopped coming altogether and wouldn’t answer phone calls or emails. Thanks Crystal Wave!
