History

Established in 2010.

Creation Station Printing and Design was created with customer service in mind. We decided to create a printing company that wasn’t stale and boring and did more to help it’s customers with design and creation of their print projects from start to finish. Instead of just printing customer files we assist with design and layout to ensure the final product will be something the customer is going to be happy with — And happy customers means good business — a win — win for everyone!

My name is Heath, and I’ve been working in the design field for many years with a focus on photography as my primary profession. Joining the Creation Station team was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. The owner and operator really cares about each and every print job that comes through our office, and is extremely supportive of all of his employees well being. He’s fair, honest, and if I didn’t work here I’d use this company for all of my needs and recommend them to anyone I knew. That’s saying a lot.

Our company needed help setting up & printing a somewhat tricky oval sticker for our new product packaging, so I chose to call Creation Station after reading all of their glowing reviews here on Unilocal.I called and spoke with Heath to explain what we needed, and I was so impressed with his kind, patient and professional demeanor! Heath & Mike helped us set up our file for printing, and turned our job around for us lickety spit!!! Our stickers turned out great thanks to Heath, Mike & Carlos at Creation Station:)

My company had a project due for a client and our current print provider had an equipment malfunction. To say the least, we were in a bind. The Creation Station Team helped us with a few last minute design changes, and got our booklet order done in less than a day. We also needed a couple retractable stands which they were able to knock out as well. All other printers we called had over a week turnaround, and this company has a standard next day turnaround on everything we ordered. Thank you so much for helping us out! Creation Station is our new primary print provider :)

These guys were very helpful. My final product would have been a little «off» if I had done it online. They improved my design in a few minutes and had an awesome little dog that hangs out in the shop with them!

I had a exhibition, I went there and they promised me a good quality and on time print. They were late and the used bad paper and my pictures were ruined and there were lots of scratches on the prints. Then the guy tried to make excuse that «in the large scale prints its normal» he was treating me like I am an idiot.
I explained that I have been doing photography for 27 years and I used to work in a printshop this does not happen if you do your job carefully. He started to make some nonsense comment and telling me that this is how it is and I have to pay.
Rude, with no knowledge of print and unbelievably disturbing self confident.
If you have some serious work never ever put yourself at risk by going there.

My printing saving grace. I had a very last minute print job (needed it within 2 hours) that was a simple 50 page copies of a PDF, and Creation Station are the only ones that could help. Carlos was great. He was really honest and said that because it was a slow-​ish day, he could personally make sure my print job was done within 30 minutes. Yes, it was a little bit of luck. But it was also a whole lot of integrity and good customer service.

He was super friendly and not only spent time walking me through all of my options, but then helped me customize my design, and explained the intricacies of vector images vs. rasterized images. Awesome job on printing my photos on canvas — it’s hard to find a place that will do 12×12 inch canvas prints. Perfect job — mounted one and a half inch gallery wrapped on very sturdy wood. Super customer service! There was a problem with the resolution on the jpegs I had sent and they called me to send higher quality jpegs so the job could be done right. First rate, totally recommend!

This is my go-​to printer. Not only has Mike (the owner) delivered everything on time regardless of my scheduling mistakes, but he’s taken the time to help me design my pieces with every order!
I’ve ordered retractable banners, fliers, posters, pamphlets … Capital City Printing has delivered on all of them with the best possible price in town.

Amazing work and service! I’m from out of town and they were the only one I didn’t get frustrated talking too. I called on a Saturday and they called back in minutes and was on their way in. Their equipment is top notch and the owner actually cares its perfect. They are so and hospitable, there is no use looking further just trust they’ll get it done and make it perfect.
