Susannah Raulino and Vanessa Shields opened Create a Gogo as a place for people to explore the wonders of their minds and hearts in a fun supportive environment. Create a Gogo means create to your heart’s content. We offer workshops, classes, and sessions in creativity and self-​development. Join us in connecting to inspiration through writing, yoga, dance, shamanic journeys and meditation.

Business Owner

Susannah Raulino has been writing, directing and acting in film and theater for over 25 years in Los Angeles, Seattle and Austin, and doing and teaching improv comedy since 2005. She has taught and practiced yoga and meditation since 1987, and has studied shamanic journeying, spiritual and Pranic Healing, and Reiki with many master teachers. Combining this experience she brings fun vivid guided journeys to her students and clients, leading them to their sources of inspiration and creativity, and helping them find new ways to create themselves and expand their inspiration.

Susannah enjoys helping people connect to feeling good, find solutions to issues in their personal and professional lives, and remove long-​standing obstacles to personal growth. Sessions and workshops often involve guided visualization and easy comfortable perspective changes that allow the letting go of feelings and ideas that no longer serve you, as well as the infusion of good feelings and ideas that do serve expa
