This is the best ecig shop in Austin, by far. The customer service is amazing, and this is what makes Create A Cig stand out. Most ecigs aren’t like regular cigarettes, you can’t just light it and smoke. Well this place has been here for me since the beginning. I walked in 3 years ago and they helped me pick out an ecig, taught me how to use and refill it, and even put together a custom eliquid flavor for me. Since then I’ve been in there almost weekly and I’ve never had a bad experience. For example, I just bought a new nautilus mini a few weeks ago. Well I dropped it and shattered the glass. Walked in there tonight and they not only had the replacement glass, but just gave it to me. I was expecting to buy a whole new tank, so this was amazing. I’ve also been to other locations, and my experience has been the same. It’s like they know me, even though I’ve never met them. Highly recommended!

Spotted the shop on our way home and decided to pop inside. Immediately we were greeted by Cam who helped my boyfriend pick out a rad mechanical mod. Apart from teaching a couple of noobes all about the set up, he also made some great recommendations. Will definitely come back when we need refills. Also Demar… A+

Cam is the SHIT!!! Come here now! I got a new tank in the mail off Amazon the other day and for some reason my mod decided to stop working. Fortunately for me Cam over at the vape shop had my back. Within about a minute of walking in the door he had assessed the problem and provided a solution. He recommended a 30ml bottle of some delicious cucumber juice, and helped me choose the best battery for my mod. Needless to say, I will be back.

Love this place. Great People and Great Juice. i have asked to have my own combination of flavors mixed together and they had no problem with it. #cake, butterscotch and sweet cream.

Got in and out really quickly. And with the product of my choice. These people are great.

So I came in to get an dripper because my brothers is so nice and he got his at this store. I was shown around by Steven here and we compared and tried many things! I ended up getting the smpl mod with a Kennedy atomizer! The cleanest and easiest setup ever! Julia built me a nice cool setup and I’m very happy to say the least! I give two thumbs up!

This store is filled with humans who are awesome and knowledgable. That one guy Cameron somehow knows ALL OF THE THINGS SINCE EVER and seems to care lots about helping solve problems. Vaping problems. I’ve never had a bad experience at this store. Thanks yous guys

New staffing changes have made this place one of my absolute favorite vape shops. The staff is a lively and eclectic bunch who are involved in making your vaping experience optimal. Every one was surprisingly eager to help and extremely knowledgeable. One of the things I admired the most was the general well-​disposed additude that was shared buy all the staff. But for as much as these folks know, they didnt showboat or carry your typical drip bar pretentious deminor. Yet they were still fun to interact and joke with. They have 2 large wrapping stations open for customer use and a comfortable lounge area accessorised with bubbles and board games. I would definitely recommend the oltorf location to new vaper’s and the veteran drippers alike. On my last visit I was able to sample some fresh new house flavors and I’m seriously in love. Nothing like getting house juice prices for a truly premium juice quality. Can’t wait for my next coupon text message so I can return for more.

I was emailed a $ 25.00 gift certificate that expires on 4÷26÷15, went in to claim it, they told me it actually expired at closing of the 25^th!!! Wtf??? Good scam!!! The guy couldn’t even look me in the face sheepish apology! Good thing they’re not the only shop in town!

Paul and Cameron took the time to really explain the whole vape process and different kinds of builds. I ended up getting a sub tank. And they fixed my coils while I waited out traffic. You should come check it out and ask for them.

Leah went above and beyond. My tank malfunctioned after trying out a new battery; the store comped me a new tank to replace the fried one. Leah remade both juices I had purchased the week before, so the nicotine level wouldn’t be too high with my new rig. And then even took a few minutes after she’d clocked out to help me get my new purchases ready.
The vaping culture as a whole can be pretty obnoxious, but Leah cut through a lot of the pretentious nonsense and really took care of me. Awesome experience.

These people are awesome cameron helped me find a really good mechanical mod at a great price after months of getting my old one repaired constantly and i havent had a single issue with my manhattan mod. Thry also make their own juice and i was really suprised at how good it was. I definitely found my new vape shop in Austin thank you!

There are quite a few good Vapor shops in this town run by some really friendly people. This is not one of them.
I went in because I needed some wicks and it’s relatively nearby. It’s slow and I’m the only one in there. Should be a simple ordeal. I say I need a wick. I try to look at what I need on my ecig and he says «Let me do that.» I assume he knows more than me so no biggie. He gives me wicks, I choose the box to get the 15% discount. 11 and change or somewhere thereabouts is what he quotes me. «Need anything else?» «Sure I’ll try some juice, how much for a smaller bottle?» «7.03» «Cool» He recommends some juice and I decide on one. «That will be 26.73 altogether.» Math isn’t my strong suit, but that seems high for the prices he just quoted me, even with tax. «How much was that juice again?» «11+, it’s one of our premium ones and a bit more.» Having a pretty terrible week, I decide not to push it and just pay and get out of there, don’t even grab my receipt. Fool me once, shame on you, etc…
I get home, change out my wick, and it doesn’t work. I check the resistance on the old one. He gave me the wrong one. It’s not working. I drive back and let him know. «Well, I think it’s the wrong resistance.» He snaps: «I beg to differ, it’s working, your battery just doesn’t have enough power.» I’m no mechanical engineer either, however, if I’m using something, and it doesn’t work as intended, and he set me up fully knowing which battery I had, I’d say it’s not working. If it was, he could have easily shown me. At this point I shoot him the look of death and he scurries back with the right wicks. I try them out immediately and they work.
Go somewhere where they treat you honestly and with respect. Used car sales tactics are so 1985. I won’t drop names, but there are plenty of other stores and any of them are better than this. Use the search bar. They made an upsell tonight, but they definitely lost a customer. 2 stars for selection but there are plenty of stores with better selection and prices.

I just moved to the area from southwest Austin. I didnt like the idea of driving far southwest to my go to vape shop, and have been disappointed by the ones I have found recently in this area. …I was ready to give up, hang my hat, and either begin to shop online, or pick up cigarettes again…
…but, then, i found Create A Cig. This place is very clean, very well organized, top notch juices, top no5ch customer service. They have awesome hours and I’m glad to see they’re even open on Sundays. Whereas, my former go to shop, was closed Sundays.
I live about a mile away from Create a Cig, and am happy for that.

I love this place! Everyone is so helpful and the vibe is totally welcoming! I love my vape pen. This place is like a Build-​A-​Bear Workshop but for Vape pens! My vape pen has a really cute skull mouthpeice and its all pink! Definetely some of the most unique choices ive found in all my searching! You should try the Pecan carmel bar flavor! ;)

Very helpful and knowledgeable. A little overwhelming for noobs like me, and everyone is over eager to help you so ‘browsing’ can seem pressured.
However, once I got settled and got helped, everything was smooth sailing. I got a lot of knowledge, a good product, and I like that they email you a receipt instead of printing it out.
I recommend doing some research on vapes before you head in, because choosing one can seem very daunting if you don’t understand the diverse ‘vape’ lingo associated with these things.
If you don’t understand words like: cartomizer, clearomizer, mods, etc. you might feel totally foreign. Luckily I didn’t get any snobby treatment.

I had been going here for months. Today, I walked in, was not greeted by a single employee. I waited for awhile. Then, a girl who just walked in and whom appeared known to one of the employees was helped immediately. What the heck?!
I didn’t realize I had to be your bestie to get acceptable customer service, if any at all, sir.
I ended up just walking out and will not be returning to this location. The customer service used to be so great here and recently it’s just gone out the window.
Hope they miss all the freaking money I poured into this store. Pfft.

Darrin that works here: hooked me up with everything at a great price, and let me sample like 50 flavors, and worked with me to get the level of nicotine I should be using. Worked with me for about an hour, was patient, friendly, and just plain all around awesome. Amazing customer service.
This place: five big, fat, shiny, delicious stars.
