My BF and I now have a happy blended kitty family. However, we wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for Erin’s help. Before, I had read everything I could get my hands on, tried every product I could, and did a marathon of AP’s «My Cat from Hell.» I couldn’t cobble together the right advice. We were frustrated and upset. We found Compassionate Pet Solutions (Erin) through Unilocal.
We emailed back and forth and she was very responsive right off the bat. Her consultation was thorough and caring. She provided us with initial advice and recommended the best combination of products to use.
Then, after a few days she emailed us a detailed packet of steps to take. It was a long process but we knew it would be. She came back for a follow up visit and addressed new issues. For months after, our kitties tolerated each other and kept to themselves, but it was much better than before. It has been a year since we met with Erin and now they actually sit near each other. They have a tiff now and then but haven’t fought in months. They no longer stay in one room but explore everywhere. It took time, but we are thrilled we received Erin’s help.
Her prices are more than reasonable for the help she provided. We feel very lucky to have found her!

I have 4 cats, and I’ve had cats all my life. I felt like between me and the internet, I could research any behavioral problems that came up and solve them myself. Finally, after deciding I couldn’t take it anymore, I googled and found Compassionate Pet Solutions.
I want to say I was reluctant to spend money, and couldn’t imagine what an animal behaviorist could accomplish, but I thought I’d try it after reading some of the company’s reviews.
Erin Boyle, of Compassionate Pet Solutions, is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, dependable, and non-​judgmental. And affordable! We discussed my situation, and she determined what she thought would be a good working plan. She was able to fix my «cat war zone» with 1 visit — ONE VISIT! Now I have a much better home life, and if problems flare up, I know how to fix it.
I felt like hiring a «cat behaviorist» was for super rich people who had money for extra things like that. Now I don’t know how I managed without her! I’m delighted to report that she was way more affordable than the other cat behavior products I was using. And, she shortened her original plan after the first visit — once she worked with them she was able to hone in on the core issue, and it didn’t require a second visit in this instance.
I also want to say that she has continued to be available via email and has proved to be the very best resource for all my pets’ needs. Thank you, Erin!

Erin was great in helping me get control of my Rottweilers which were about a year old. One I had bought from a couple that bred them and the other came from a shelter to be a friend. I can now walk them together in the neighborhood.

Erin saved me and my cat puzzles from parting ways. My cat started defecating outside his litter box about two months after we moved into a new place. The first thing that I did was speak to my Vet who said to give it time and that the move may have caused him some anxiety. The behavior continued, so I reached out to the internet first and tried just about everything that I could read about. I got him a bigger litter box and threw out the lid, I changed his litter, I used special litter to attract him to his box, and nothing worked. After 5 months of this, I called Erin. Erin came over on a Saturday and I shared his littler box woes, but I also mentioned how he does not allow me to get a full night of sleep because he rams my door until I let him in. Once I let him in, he wants to be on my chest purring.
In one hour, Erin was able to determine what his problem was. She suggested products I should try, and discussed behaviors that I needed to change as part of the process. Erin is a miracle worker! It has been 3 weeks and after defecating twice a day on my carpet for 5 months straight, Puzzles has used his litter box for almost 3 weeks. He has had 2 or 3 slips, but that is a major improvement and based on the progress, I know he will be 100% in no time. The best part is she recommended something to use that will keep him away from my door at night when I go to bed. I have had uninterrupted sleep for 3 weeks. That alone is worth a million dollars.
If you are having issues with your pets, I highly recommend not only the investment, but calling Erin before reaching out to the internet for answers.

My cat scratched the furniture and rugs. She had always done this, but when we got brand new furniture, something had to be done so she wouldn’t ruin it. We looked into a cat behaviorist and found Erin online.
During our session, Erin suggested some great techniques to use with my cat. She also had product recommendations which were extremely helpful, because there are so many products to choose from. After our appointment, she emailed me everything we discussed and proceeded to follow-​up multiple times to check on the status of things. She gave no pressure to have on-​going sessions with her, which was nice. However, I will definitely choose to use her in the future for other issues or other pets.
I absolutely recommend her for someone who «doesn’t know what else to do» with their pet problems.
Did I mention that her ideas and product recommendations have worked! It has been two weeks and my cat’s personality and behavior has changed drastically, for the better!
