History

Established in 1998.

Twenty-​five years ago, two avid rock climbers with a knack for invention saw a need for advancement in climbing equipment technology. They put their heads together and began to make their designs a reality.

In 1998, these climbers realized that their spring-​loaded anchors were in demand well beyond the mountains. Much larger fields with extensive safety concerns such as the construction, industrial, military and mining industries were plagued by outdated, heavy, and cumbersome equipment. Thus, ClimbTech was founded.

Today, ClimbTech’s innovative anchor solutions have achieved a global reputation for dependability.
