this place is horrible. the only reason they get one star is because that is the lowest rating I can give. Both times I had appointments, both times it was over an hour before dr. saw me. The dr. insisted that I order my contact lens from them — more than double the price I pay through an on-​line company. I relented and ordered — HUGE mistake. Huge mistake ever walking in the door of that place. Now the dr refuses to give me my prescription for my contacts! I was told it is against the law. I contacted the American Medical Association and was told that the dr. should release my prescription to me and they are investigating the incident. I contacted my insurance company they will be removing the dr. from their list of providers they also told me that the dr. should release my prescription that is is NOT against the law and that I am not the first to complain about this place. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Wish I had. here is the website to file a complaint — I did —

This place is horrible. Machines don’t work, front desk people either can’t speak English or consciously don’t listen to what you’re saying, and the office itself is not nice. I paid for an appointment when I didn’t even receive the services… wasn’t fitted for contacts and the pressure machine was malfunctioning. Doctor told me I may have glaucoma, but didn’t even complete the full 4 tests to determine if that was true. Pretty sure she’s just blowing smoke because I have NEVER been told that in my life. I don’t want to return here but unfortunately they won’t release my prescription unless I do.

The dr here is great but i only gave it two stars bc of thier office staff. They are the worst ever. The hispanic girl at the front desk is horrible. Ive been going there for years and she always is rude, snippy, short, and generlly un caring. The is nothing nice about her at all. This is really the last time I go there and its sad bc like i said the dr is great and the location is closed to my house im just tired of being treated poorly.
UPDATE: I just called thier office and again, rude snippy bitchy behavior by the same girl. im def not going back. changing my review to one star
