I received Cleantech’s information from a neighbor who’s very picky about service and had great things to say. Needed to have a stone shower cleaned, called on a Wednesday morning and they were scheduled for Thursday morning. So far, so good. The appointment was set for 930. Talked with the office at 945 and was told they were almost there. Wasn’t until 1015 until they arrived; I had to contact them as no one called to say they were running late. They set up quickly, put plastic covers on the wall corners so the hose wouldn’t leave marks, then went to work. Took around 30 – 35 minutes then I went back to check on things. Came into the bathroom to find them using my bath towel to wipe down the shower and then placed it back up on my towel rack. Seriously? The job itself seems ok (there are some spots that still look soiled) but the customer service was lackluster. Word of advice: bring your own towels.

These men deserve 5 stars. They were prompt, courteous and did their jobs quickly! I had three area rugs cleaned last weekend. Ralph and his assistant were great. and witty too! They moved the furniture, took the rugs into the garage and laid them out on the floor after cleaning it. They did a perfect job of cleaning the rugs which were not in too bad shape. And service after the sale, they came back the next afternoon and placed them back in the house and arranged the furniture again. GREAT service. Fairly inexpensive. Three large rugs and I also had them clean the floor mats on my three vehicles for $ 189.00. What a great deal that was! I highly recommend them.

This is the best floor cleaning service I’ve ever used. I found these guys on Angie’s list, and bought a coupon, $ 99 for 3 rooms. I had them steam clean our mattresses and clean carpets in our new home. The previous owners destroyed the carpet — there were lots of stains, pet urine and odor — just really awful. Ralph and his partner spot cleaned, scrubbed and steam cleaned the carpets. What a difference! I’m very happy with their customer service, friendliness and the job was done very well at a really good price. We will definitely use them again!

We highly recommend Cleantech for steam cleaning carpet. My previous experiences with other carpet cleaners gave me the expectation of a quick surface cleaning for the price I was quoted. However, Ralph and his partner took their time, seemed to enjoy their job, talked to me and my kids, and did a great job getting everything clean. It was clear that they have built their business around leaving their clients satisfied rather than just getting their money and on to the next job.

Best carpet cleaning service in Austin! Over the past four years, we have used CleanTech at least 2 or 3 times a year. Very light colored (almost white) carpet, plus a family with two growing boys, and two busy dogs, means our carpet gets ridiculously dirty. Each time they’ve come out, CleanTech leaves our floors looking like new. The owners are not only knowledgeable about carpet cleaning, but share information/​tips on keeping the carpet in good shape. Really can’t say enough good things about this company and their work!
