We recently had my daughters birthday party here. I scheduled the party online and it was super easy. Once the day of the party came, we arrived 15 min early and our Party Host, Ariel, greeted us. Ariel was amazing! She explained everything and had the party planned down to the minute. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I ended up having to add on four more kids and extra pizzas for the adults and she made it happen quickly! I was a bit nervous about a Chuck E Cheese party, since in my experience at other locations, they aren’t always so clean and organized. This location is extremely clean and the staff is really friendly. PLUS, they serve beer! So parents, rejoice! You can have a drink while your little ones play! **The ONLY complaint I have is that you can not leave a tip on your credit card for your party host! Thank goodness I had some cash on me or I would have felt terrible** Thanks Ariel and Chuck E Cheese for making my daughters 5th birthday party so much fun!

Planning a party was so easy! The staff was awesome & friendly. They deserve a medal just for working in such a crazy place… lol. All the noise, music, & screaming kids is not something I could do ALL day. Despite the extra patience needed to be there, everyone was smiling & so attentive. Trust me, not every Chuck E. Cheese is thus awesome. Thank you sooo much for the extra effort.

Ill update mine cause my last experience was my LAST experience. We were at the prize counter with my son and nephew. I was signing to my cousin trying to figure out what to get the kids and we go to ask the kiddos and they’re GONE. This happens with two year olds so we immediately start looking for them. 3 minutes go by and I’m panicking. By this time ive done multiple laps in the place. I head to the door when a woman brings the two boys in telling me they were running around in the parking lot. The guy STANDINGATTHEENTRANCE whos only job is to check the kids and parents before they enter and leave couldnt give me a good reason why they got past him. I left in a rage. Called the manager later that day just for him to tell me the guy was new. Wtf

Management is crap. Robbing people in the middle of the night when they aren’t even open by towing anyone who parks there. Tow signs are NOT visible to anyone parking in their front lot because they are out on the road, facing the street. But their customers park in other lots during open business hours. The manager started a war with a surrounding business, be careful about where you park when visiting this place during business hours or your car may get towed too. Too bad they lose the business of EVERYSINGLEPERSONTHEYTOW… I definitely will never have my children’s parties there, and neither will my family or friends. Bad, bad business.

Let me start off, im giving it 5 stars, based off of value. All the games are 1 token. Gatti land you can drop a small fortune in cash their. The kids seem to really like Chuck E Cheese. The Pizza is ok. Nothing out of this world. But works for the place. I can’t say how much value goes with me. And Chuck e cheese is the Working man’s Party pizza place for kids and family. Based on Great Value!!! I have to give a 5STAR rating.

Took my kids there last night and everyone had a blast. The staff was very young but to our surprise very mature and friendly. They actually looked like they liked working there. They were constantly working to keep the place clean. Great job to management. We got a great deal on pizza and game tokens thanks to my wife who printed a coupon online. Pizza was actually not bad and the salad bar was fresh. Only mild complaint was the big basketball machine was not working right so I couldn’t show my son my mad skills. All in all we all had a good evening.

It’s CEC. It is what it is, really. Expensive, psychotic and run by teenagers. They have great pizza, which is how they keep parents happy, but the only time I had their salad(which was amazing), I had Salmonella for days. So, I had NO salad at Saturdays bday party. I almost cringed walking back in! Party atmosphere is too much, imo. I have 3 kids, 4 – 18, and never held a party here. It’s costly, and CRAZY, and too damn small. I watched the teens hosting 6 parties @ one time, and I’m sure I’d hate this job too, but it was lack luster at best(performance wise). Chuck-e wasn’t out much, like back in the days and everything was on a tv screen. I actually missed the old pop up and pop out muppety side kicks he used to have. Circa Chuck-e Cheese-Burnet Rd days! Lol Kids love the games, so what do ya do?

There isn’t a whole lot that can be said for Chuck E Cheese. I mean, honestly. The tables are always filthy, so it makes it hard to grab one… and once you do you’ll have to clean it, and if you get up you best be done and not wanting to return to it. As soon as you do other kids/families are plowing over it. fine. No big deal, I suppose. It is less crowded than the one on Mopac in the Arbor Walk. Well, it was the 2 times we went there, anyhow. The salad is highly over priced for the nasty room temp quality of it all. But it’s whatever. I dont suppose this place is in the business for salad, clean tables and decent eating :) Let’s talk about what this place IS for. The kids. The rides The games The indoor fun that is perfect for bad weather days! Everything is $.25 which makes for a perfectly«cheap» playtime. It is always crowded, sometimes more than you would like. There are always unruly kids running about smashing into everyone and everything, knocking the smaller ones over. There are always parents who believe this place is nothing more than a sitter. Kids are rambunctious. It doesn’t help when they are left to venture all on their own with virtually no supervision. Did my kids have a good time? YES Did I have a good time? depends on how you look at it. My salad sucked, I had to clean my table, I was ran into multiple times, I had to pull a kid off my daughter and find her parents… but my kids had fun. so I guess that was OK… after all, I was there for them not me. Will I go back? Unfortunately, I will. Thats the name of the game when you have kids! Did the place serve its purpose? Yes, I suppose it did, whether I liked it or not.

This is a cheerful place that seems to bring a lot of joy to children! I have visited this establishment, during weekdays, weekends, for birthday parties and for no special occasion at all. First, the food is actually quite good! I really enjoy their pizza. I think their recipe may have improved recently. Most recently, we ordered a half and half pizza: half canadian bacon and pineapple and half veggie. It was thoroughly delicious! It’s not my favorite pizza, but it’s in my top 10! I also like their salad bar! It’s definitely not a gourmet selection – the meat option appears to be hot dogs but into tiny cubes. But, there’s also some neat additions to choose from: kidney beans, fresh bell pepper rings and sliced beets. You can eat a somewhat healthy salad. If you’re signed up for the Chuck E Cheese birthday club, you can be sent coupons which may include up to $ 2 off the salad bar. Currently, that would make it $ 4.99. Secondly, this is a great place for people watching. For the most part, you’ll see children spazzing out, having a great time, begging for more tokens! Parents generally seem to be happy, maybe a bit frazzled. It always help to mentally manage the chaos of the place with some food for the adults while the kiddos go nuts at the games! This particular CEC is bright and sunny with large windows. The facility is very clean! The staff are usually helpful and kind enough. Bathrooms have always been in good shape when I have been. Thirdly, birthday parties are easier here than almost anywhere else. Party tables are set up on arrival. You’ll be assigned a party attendant who takes food and drink orders, keeps the party moving according to schedule, cleans up and helps your partygoers engage in the birthday show and get the most tickets/tokens, etc. Ivory was our party host and I recommend asking for her. Tipping is appropriate for your party attendant. If I was to be critical about anything, I would ask that they keep up better with their parking lot. It can look pretty trashed out, sometimes! Otherwise, I enjoy this CEC and trust they when we go, we’ll have a great time. Don’t forget to sign up for their coupon club. You can have a great time at a more reasonable price with their coupons.

The place is brightly lit, has plenty of space between games/rides, has a check in/out process, easy access into the bathroom(no heavy doors), and was well kept and clean. We had a lot of fun here. Great little toddler area complete with a playscape, a climbing structure with a slide and plenty of ride on toys. They even have train that blows out«smoke.» So cute. Gone are the days of the Chuck E. Cheese full stage shows complete with all his puppet friends. Now they only have him up on stage and large TVs that hold his friends. I was also sad to see the helicopter ride go from my youth. As mentioned, the place is lit very brightly for easy visibility. I remember when it used to be dark like an arcade in them. They offer juice boxes with the meal deals instead of soda fountain drinks which was a nice add. The staff was attentive, the pizza just okay but for a night out with the family, made for a fun evening.

This chuck e cheese is very clean and well kept. They have a wide variety of games for children of all ages and a play scape. My almost 2 yr old daughter absolutely loves this place. Pizza is very good and all you can eat salad bar is fresh with lots of variety. Tip: parents online you can get coupons free coins and tokens so stock up before going!

Great for kids parties and kids games. We have been here a few times and the staff has always been friendly and the pizza has been good. The prices for the very limited choices on the salad bar are a little high($ 8.99. really?) but the big draw here is for the ease of entertainment and kids parties.

I have been taking my little man to Chuck e cheese since he was a year old. There use to be three locations in Austin but now only two. I like both locations but before he was big enough to go in the big play area I liked this location because it had a little play area for toddlers and they can climb and play. I like taking little man here on weekdays. He can run and play and there is no waiting to Play a game. He is very big for his age but he is still barely 2 and not having bigger kids running him over is nice. We have been there many times being the only ones there. Now that he cam go in the big play area urns fun watching him climb up. He only gets a limited amount of coins than he can play or leave. I was very nervou the first time he he went up there. I know or of my husband and I it would be me going up if he felt stuck. He its an adventurer. He want scared and he found his way back to the slide. Chuck e dances every hour on the thirty. He stares at him when he dances but little man loves to get free tickets!

I had my 7 y/o’s birthday party here this past weekend. Totally worth the money! It was very organized, and our party host was extremely helpful. He was on time with everything, distributed all food/beverages with great speed and agility, and even bagged the gifts(and helped my husband with them to the car). Not only that, but he was extremely attentive in communicating with myself or husband to ensure everything was going positively. My daughter was thrilled and felt very, very special. The facilities are probably as clean as they can get with a teenage staff a bazillion people milling around and making a mess. I would say that the token has certainly been subject to inflation over the years… ticket dispensing is extremely stingy on most games. For that I can’t give 5 stars but would definitely consider having another party there.

I had my friends 6 yr old birthday party here. This is the first time I’ve been to a birthday here. They actually do a really good job organizing it. The table for all the kids was setup already when we came. Her son had the guitar hero theme and his guitar balloon was an instant hit! Special thanks to the assigned attendant who did an awesome job, making sure the kids were entertained and the adults fed. She was nice enough to BAG all his gifts for her. Who does that? She really went the extra mile and that deserves all the stars.

Now, Chunk E Cheese’s has to be one of the best places to go for lunch EVER! When you walk into Chunk E Cheese’s, your mind is immediately boggled with incredible sights and sounds! There’s all of this stuff to do! The whole place is filled with games and entertainment of various sorts. I don’t even know where to begin, but the first thing you’ll probably notice is the crazy Whack-A-Mole game, which has always been one of my favorites. If you haven’t experienced playing Whack-A-Mole, let me give you the rundown. You see, there’s this hammer attached to this box, and on top of the box, there’s all these holes. You pick up the hammer, and then you put a special Chunk E Cheese token in the coin slot on the box(the lady behind the counter gave me some free tokens when I showed her my strait«A» report card from St. Edwards University). Suddenly and without warning, all of these moles start popping up out of the holes. You have to be VERY quick! Hit the moles on the head with the hammer as fast as you can before they disappear! The object of the game is to hit as many moles in the head with the hammer before the moles get tired and go back to sleep, because they don’t look out of the holes anymore when they sleep and you have to give them another token to wake them back up. Sometimes, the mole box spits out tickets(which come out of another slot on the box). You can take the tickets to a counter inside the restaurant and the lady will give you a plastic Chunk E Cheese’s pocket comb and a little pencil eraser. I played Whack-A-Mole for so long that I had forgotten I ordered pizza. I took one bite of my pizza and then I spit it out. It was the WORSE stuff I think I have ever put in my mouth! I was too excited to eat, anyway, because I had some more moles that needed whacking! To sum it all up, I highly recommend Chunk E Cheese’s for lunch or dinner, so long as you’re not hungry.

Food was good-ish. Obviously not a five star restaurant but for what it is it was ok. Salad bar had fresh produce which is a bonus. Service was good. Not many people but went on a Wednesday at noon with school in session. But all that matters is the kids were entertained and left happy.

So I’ve been here a few times, during the week and on weekends… My first visit was on a week day and we had fun, not many people, pizza was decent, my daughter loved it, it’s meant for kids and it left my daughter exhausted, we had a blast, this visit was a 4 star. My second visit was a birthday party on a weekend… WOW, never coming here again on the weekend. I hate to base my review on how busy it was, but it was hard to walk around, people were crammed in the party section. The staff was really great, but it seems chaotic on the weekends and most of the ticket counting machines were out of order. I do like the small children area, I felt like I could let my 10 month old crawl around without someone stepping on her. Overall, with both visits, my 3 year old had fun, loved the place, and left tired, I’ll just plan our visits during the week.

how creepy is it for a single man to be eating a small personal pizza alone in here? I’m asking for a friend. the pizza was ok. err, that’s what my friend says.

This location’s racing games soon to become drunk driving sims: they are about to start selling beer. $ 7.03 seems ok for an all-you-want basic salad bar. Don’t miss the premium bacon bits and sesame crunchies while you load up on spinach, tomatoes, and cucumber. This is the first time I’ve ever opted for the glistening-like-red-death kidney beans at a salad bar, and the macaroni salad was passable. Watch out, they make the jell-o pretty strong.
