You can expect to achieve your fitness goals enjoyably and healthily in a supportive and motivating environment. Your workouts and nutrition program will be designed specifically to you and your experience level using science based methods that fit your unique goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
I specialize in helping people improve their body composition by losing fat and gaining muscle. At sessions clients learn proper exercise technique, which exercises are best for their goals, and how to get and stay motivated.
Personalized nutrition plans & recommendations are included with sessions. Exercise plans are included with sessions as well. So you will know exactly what to do for exercise and nutrition to achieve your goals.
We’ll track metrics of progress such as strength, body fat, body weight, and tape measurements to make sure you are progressing towards your goals. I am also available outside of sessions to answer any questions via phone or email. So if you are curious about something to do with nutrition or exercise between sessions you are welcome to reach out to me about it.
Everyone is unique, so all workouts, exercises, & nutrition recommendations are customized to you as an individual. All exercise and nutrition recommendations made have scientific basis to support their use and have been used with success on myself and/or clients. This allows you to optimally progress towards your goals at a pace that is right for you.
History
Established in 2012.
I began by training friends and family for sports, fat loss, and muscle gaining during my college years. I had been working out as a hobby for several years, and eventually decided to compete in physique competitions towards the end of my college years. My success in the shows caused the training to pick up and I found I really enjoyed working with others and helping them achieve their goals. So as soon as I graduated I put my prior years experience to use and launched my training and coaching business, Chris Protein Personal Training.

I am a Personal Trainer with certifications from the ISSA & NASM, a Naturally Fit fitness model, award winning physique competitor, and strength athlete. I am also a former collegiate rugby player and have won state and national titles as part of the St. Edward’s University Rugby Football Club. My goal is to help others get in shape in a happy and healthy way by using science based exercise and nutrition methods!
