History

Established in 1989.

I worked in new construction as a carpenter & general contractor from 1978 – 1989. I have been a Texas Real Estate Commission licensed home inspector in the Central Texas Region since 1989. I have been a certified applicator by the Texas Structural Pest Control Board since 1995. I became a Level 1 Certified Thermographer in 2008. I have performed more than 12,000 home inspections.

Business Owner

I grew up in the building industry with a father that was a builder. I took classes for architectural drafting and design in 1979 – 1980. I worked as a carpenter and general contractor from 1978 – 1989. Since then I have devoted myself to performing home inspections. In 1995 I became code certified by the Southern Building Code Council for one and two family dwellings. Through out my years of home inspections I continue to learn with many hours of continuing education every year as I attempt to keep up with new products and technology.
