Thank you Dustin and others, but I read your reviews too late. If I had to sum up my experience at this Chilis in one word, it would be: FAIL. Who the F* is running the kitchen here? And who the F* hired the inept wait staff, most of whom look like they are straight off the set of a reality TV show or they could be part of magic man Chris Angel’s possy. I kept thinking John Quinones was going to come out of the back any minute and say I was on an episode of ABC’s «What would you do?» Look, I could rant on about the weird vibe, slow service, poor quality drinks and food, but I will just say, if you took the time to look up this place– then take my advice along with several others here and avoid future disappointment. Go somewhere else. It’s that simple.

We went here tonight, the seven of us. Basically two families. It took 30 minutes to seat us but that’s not that big of a deal. It was prime time. What was reduce loud was another hour before our food was served. We asked to have the kids served early and they were done 20 minutes before the other food was out. Our toddler daughter was going apeshit by then so dinner was already ruined. But the main reason I am writing this review is because the manager is a total asshole. When we asked if they could hurry up our food she copped an attitude and acted like we were unreasonable to expect service for a party of 7 on a Friday. F all that. This is chilies. It is not fine dining. Because of her this chilis will never get our service and I hope like hell that the readers of this post take heed and avoid it also. Oh and the food was ice cold when it arrived and they would not do a thing about it.

I ordered the Caribbean salad(salad is green right?) and got the white iceberg leftovers presentation? I asked for some green leaves… The waitress seemed puzzled. But graciously brought over a big bowel of green leaves!

This is like a nightmare! What is happening with that restaurant? Today I came with my family and it was 4−5pm… We asked if we can have a sit by the window… answer was: yes(actually NO) but we are not sure how fast we can serve you there(like we are at Barns&Nobels and we want sit there…)since we have only two servers(?!). OK. we set where were told… I was telling saying that my Patron margarita last time tasted like a bad lemon juice and I would like Patron margarita with tequila… Server said: that’s bar it’s not me! OK… he is not paid enough and he is grumpy and its«their» fault not his! Then we order meal and we got some bad a. stuff that looked horrible and tasted even worse! Not going there ever again!

Unfortunately my wife had their shrimp fajitas. She bit into one which was cold they said oh let it cook on the plate a little bit longer and it will be fine.. She ate them and became violently sick within a few hours and had to be hospitalized. The hospital said it was food poisoning. At first Chili’s stated they would help take care of the medical bills but then pushed to their claims department which did nothing but delay everything for a year. The final outcome was they would give us $ 100 if we signed a waiver that we would not Sue or slander them. We declined the response and ended up paying $ 1,700 out of our pocket.

Service was awful in every way. Didn’t ask for our drink order. We had our to-go box on the table and when we got up to leave, they threw it out. Brought sweet tea instead of unsweet. Never checked back after food came out. Didn’t clear dirty plates. Food was good(I wish I had my leftovers!) but that’s all.

I hate the kiosks at the tables. I would rather go to a fast food restaurant than go back to Chili’s and have to run my own credit card. It ruins the dining experience. I will not go back unless they remove the kiosks.

what happened? I would go for the rack of ribs and a milkshake every year for my birthday, not anymore. Now it’s Two half racks from a different rack? What? Chilis is dead by corporation. The original Chilis from Dallas was an old house converted into a resturant with great food. Good luck corporate Chilis…

My bad– we decided to give it another try. $ 73 for dry, tasteless ribs and horrible drinks. I feel so sorry for people who don’t know what the old school Chili’s was like. It was just good, country style cooking and now it is absolutely disgusting. And four times the price. Shame on you Chilis. Even the potato soup is totally different and like they stirred processed cheese into potato flakes. NASTY!!!

I really wish I wouldn’t have tipped $ 4. To go cheese fries. Not enough jalapeños. Not enough bacon. No ranch whatsoever. Dry. Wish I had ranch. Very upset right now. This is what I get for trusting y’all that my order is complete and looking good. I’m a regular and I know y’all can do better. I wish I could send it back but I’m already home.

We liked the old location, but not the new one. The food has degraded a lot. Had lunch there today, Grilled Chicken Salad… big bowl of iceberg lettuce with a few leaves of spinach and about ½ cup of chicken and cheese… yuck! We asked about the restaurant being«Gun Free» and they did not have any idea what we were talking about. They called the manager who replied with, «we will abide by the law»! Also this location is always very cold, if you go take a jacket.

We keep trying to have a good meal at this Chili’s but we keep getting foiled. It is more attractive than the old location with better ambience but the food seems worse. They used to have a reliably good burger but not so much anymore. It was overcooked, no pinkness in the center at all, and the weirdest thing was three gigantic raw garlic cloves hiding under the patty(pic attached). Thank goodness I happened to look to see if there was mustard on the burger so I spotted them before taking an unsuspecting bite. That would gave been truly unpleasant.

This was our second bad experience with poor waitstaff service. My son’s kids meal appeared petrified when it finally came out. Never once during our meal did we ever get a drink refill even though we ask on two different occasions. The kiosk was not working at our table and it took the waiter 27 minutes to come pick up my credit card to go run it.

Normally good. Taking an hour to get food and still don’t have it. Menus never taken and chip refills just not happening… Something is different

Back again to Chili’s for lunch. Like I said in my previous post – this place surprises me! Their menu has a good variety, the service is right on and the food is far better than most restaurants in this category. It’s not gourmet — -but they’re not trying to be. And their prices aren’t gourmet either. This place in Bee Cave puts the Marble Falls Chili’s to shame. Maybe the MF manager could stop by and take a lesson sometime. Our waiter(Jared) was«spot on» and very attentive. I shall return.

This review would have been a 5 star but, I was told they ran out of lemonade and and customer was served lemonade. The Ancho salmon dish was delicious and the Mac and cheese had a good kick to it.

Wow! What once was a mediocre Cisco type food restaurant has successfully revamped their image and their food. I haven’t had anything that I don’t like here yet. Highly recommended!

Great late night dinner for area. Closes at 11 on weekdays which is later than most restaurants in area. Pretty good service! Sorry no pics, but the Watermelon Margarita was Hot Fiya! So was the Fajitas grill Trio!

Joshua a server was completely rude and snotty. My friend said she wanted a burger that was a picture on the menu, rudely interrupting and cutting her off then asked her if she even read the menu. The whole dinner was rude comments and nasty looks from him. Then he also completely messed up my order and charged me more than I was supposed to pay. Horrible horrible lunch. Sorry to all the employees that actually do their job at Chilis but if you go do not tip or try you best not to get Joshua.

If you’re looking for some great service I suggest asking for Lauren the waitress. She is very professional and always friendly. Love the food and it seems to only be getting better with time. I will continue to visit this location. I’ve been to other chilis in the past but this one seems to have superior service and great food quality. Thank you

I managed for Chili’s about 15 years ago, ate there plenty back then. But since have only darkened the door twice. Both times when a new one was built not far from my house. The new layout of the restaurant was much better than the dated dive I used to manage. It was nice, bright and clean. So I’m just going to throw this out there, I hate, hate, hate the ‘kiosk’ things at the table. I don’t mind that they’re there, if my son was 6 and bored, this would definitely keep his attention for a while. But I hate that I have to pay my tab there. Isn’t that part of the servers job. To take care of the guest beginning to end? Both times we’ve eaten at the new and improved Chili’s, the service was definitely maybe 2 star. If the Kiosk could pull my dirty plate and refill my water, that would be fantastic. Because both times, the server didn’t do this either. Oh, I did get more water when I flagged down a random server. Yes, I was that lady, trying desperately to get the attention of anyone in a Chili’s shirt. Some random server brought water, then magically my regular server showed up to pull my dirty plates. Never got a 2 minute/2 bite check back. Oh, but at the beginning my server said«so and so and myself will be taking care of you.» never saw this other guy, don’t know why he couldn’t have seen our drinks were empty the majority of the time. Food was decent, we got exactly what we were expecting for a meal for 2 for 20 bucks. It was edible. My server pulled the plates, we sat there for a minute not sure what to do. Never heard a «thanks for coming», «have a nice evening», «see ya later» Not sure if the kiosk on the table said that or not. It’s gonna be a while before we go back. Definitely a strong 2 stars.

There’s some good, but a lot more that’s not so good. Yes :-) clean, spacious, well laid out, well lit. Decent looking for a Chili’s. NO :-( 30 minute wait for food, arrived at 5:15 with kids to a near empty restaurant so expected some speedy service– a 30 minute wait for food was frustrating, especially with kids food arrived dried out from the heat lamps and cold inside from waiting– you can imagine the texture and taste(to be fair though, the kids pizzas were hot– the adult plates were loaded up then put under the lamps while the pizzas were made, so goodness knows how long the adult plates had been standing). salad was wet and soft as the lettuce had been sat in the dressing for a while(while the pizzas cooked). inattentive service before, during and after food service. sent the adult food back and was surprised not to see a manager come and ask about our experience. As the bill was presented to me, I said the same to our ‘waiter’ and he promptly brought out a ‘manager’ who confirmed ‘yeah, the food is often dried up after its been under the lamps for a while– but we didnt charge you for those’(the adult food sent back). This was said as if it was a great service to us. Interesting. This is our second poor experience at this particular Chillis, shame on us for not learning the first time. And having slept on the experience, decided that the second poor experience really warranted a review. Very, very disappointing. If you are in the area– try the BBQ place nearby, excellent food. Far, far better experience.

We had a gift card for chili’s so decided to try the new one. I like the look of the new design. It has a very bright and open feel. We tried the Table side Guacamole which was very good, the chips on the other hand were very salty. The hubby and I both ordered burgers. The burgers tasted fine, but I was disappointed that I requested no onions and onions were on the burger. The service was very prompt and friendly. Not a big fan of chain restaurants, but we will go back if in the area.

Hmm. it’s a Chili’s. 2 for $ 20 with shared app is a well-needed bargain after spending so much money during the holidays. This location is average; decent food and service. Consistent. If you’re hungry it does the trick. And the ribs are actually pretty good — try the dry rub with some BBQ sauce on the side.
