Sorry we had to interrupt the hostess and cliches from their ipad social networking to greet us. Waitress must be new. Chili queso with no plates, silverware or napkins. After several minutes, I was able to get the attention of a bartender for some napkins. The babyback original weren’t burned, but were quite dry. No plans to come back to this location again. Employees to involved with their social media lives to really care about customers.

I love chilis and I go to them relatively frequently. However at this particular location they ran out of everything. The chips were so greasy so we asked for a new batch. Then our waitress told us that all the chips they were making are going to be greasy because they were frying them with chicken grease. Was very disappointed. She said word for word that«she could dab them for us» to make the grease go away.

My daughter wanted to go for her birthday. I remember the chicken crispers were good so I ordered crispy chicken crispers from the two for twenty menu. What i received instead of juicy chicken crispers were pre cooked h-e-b style chicken strips nasty. When I asked the waiter he laughed and said it happens all the time but no one offered to do anything about it. Back to the waiter the service was horrible to the point that his bad attitude had me fantasizing about going Gordon Ramsey on him and start throwing potatoes in his direction. Fortunately for him it was my little girls birthday and the last thing I wanted to do was ruin it by throwing a big fit. Needless to say I will never be back

Usually this location treats me okay. Although Friday’s & Chili’s are nearly twins, I’ve always preferred the Pepper. Their dishes are usually free of excessive grease, and I like the variety on the menu. I believe Austin now had Chili’s in the Dine on Demand bunch… so a few locations do deliver now. Woohoo!
