History

Established in 2006.

I attended Texas Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu. I have been providing personal chef and catering services in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas on a limited basis since completion of school. I enjoy making my clients special occasion memorable.

I had a passion for cooking at an early age. My Mamaw Gracie was the best cook ever in my opinion, and I always enjoyed her whipping up a meal that was always delicious. I was able to be in the kitchen with her and stand on a chair and stir whatever goodness she had in that pot on that day. I really believe that she enjoyed/​loved cooking for us, and I felt that love for us in her food.

I had wanted to attend Culinary School after the Military but it was a lot of money to attend in 1988. I checked into it many times over the years and the price continued to go up. I finally decided to pursue my dream back in 2005 and I am glad that I did, but wished that I would have attended many years earlier. I attended the Texas Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu, graduated Cum Laude. I love what I do, and I hope that my clients feel similar to the way I did as that young kid enjoying my Mamaw’s food. It made me feel very special, and is part of who I am today, and I want to share that.
