Chase Bank

Great service as soon as I walked through the door. Itzchel was very professional and friendly. She tried alternative methods to resolving my account issue and didn’t just give me the quick, easy answer. This is why I keep using Chase!

The original 2 reviews were once correct. Unfortunatly this is no longer true. The bank has recently undergone quite an unwelcoming interior re-​design. With that has also come an uncomfortable and akward since of hypervigilance when interacting with bank employees. I have been doing business at this location for a year or more and the change is very noticable. My last experience is as follows: I was going to the bank to do usual busines (withdraw and make change). As soon as I walked in the lobby I was greeted by three employees at the exact same time. Odd, but okay. Then I walked up to the counter where another customer was already speaking to the teller. I stood behind him patiently waiting my turn, when an employee who was clearly on her way out, did a 180, approached me and overly cheerfully asked how she could help. I explained why I was there, and she asked to see my bank card and directed me to an ATM. I didn’t really want to use the ATM, but I was in a hurry so I thought «ok.» Then as I’m entering in my pin, she is hovering around me (within a few inches, really) and explaining how to use the ATM. As if a grown man in 2014 needs help with an ATM, and she did not leave my side until my transaction was done. Anyway, I could go on but let me just close by saying, don’t be surprised if you are treated like suspect in the Domain branch.

I’ve never worked with my bank as much as I did this past week. I had a couple inconsistent messages from the first Chase banker from this location and from Chase’s call center representatives. When Kelly stepped in and learned of my situation, she provided personalized attention and daily updates to let me know Chase is monitoring my account. She turned a frustrating situation around.

This branch is spectacular! Staff is exceptional, knowledgeable and friendly. This is a true concierge bank in the Domain that is second to none.
