Originally I signed on because of the purported convenience and availability. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt and not calling people out, but it has been three months of aggravating let downs regarding promising a the financial report, and not delivering upon dates, and not being accountable to either the times they said they’d have things done by. They seem proactive before you open an account, but afterwards they won’t deliver or be accountable to what was said. You can waste a weeks and weeks on the bullsh*t they claim to help with. Unacceptable, horrid, do not use Chase.

They will be the nicest people to get you signed up with an account so that they can get their bonus, but after that don’t expect anything more than the worst customer service. Plus most of their offerings aren’t really that great when compared to the competition. Very unresponsive, sleazy banking tactics, and poor products.
