I’ve used Randy for inspections now going on 7 years. He’s a true professional, always on time, very thorough, explains things to my buyers in a way they can understand, and always seems to get a detailed report to the buyer the same day. He’s the best inspector I’ve ever dealt with.

Randy is extremely thorough with his inspections. He spent four hours inspecting a fourplex for my client, leaving no detail undiscovered. He sent a comprehensive report via email to me and my client the same day as the inspection, which includes a photo log of the property that coincides with his inspection comments. He shoots it to you straight and is very experienced in his field.
I will be using Randy again for my inspection needs.

Randy provides a thorough inspection and service that is second to none. He has done inspections on properties for me throughout Central and West Texas, always steering me in the right direction and saving me thousands of dollars on repairs that were mandatory the previous owners do before closing.

Randy assisted me on very short notice with a home inspection for a property my husband and I are buying in South Austin. Randy was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Randy’s inspection was thorough and he provided a detailed, written report on the property within 24 hours. As we suspected, the home was in good condition and we are moving forward with the purchase, but the inspection report also provided us with a list of things to keep an eye on as owners of the property over the next several years.
I particularly appreciated Randy’s flexibility on the appointment time. I wanted to spend some time with Randy at the house, but was not available during the work day. Randy scheduled the inspection for 4 PM, did most of the job on his own and was ready to walk me through the house to point out his findings when I showed up around 5:30 PM after work.
Bonus for Longhorn Football Fans: Randy was a captain of the team in the 70’s! He’s got some good stories.
