i wish zero stars was an option. your iheartradio app sucks. i want to play bobfm on my chromecast but your stupid ass app cant make it work. your should figure that shit out. Being one of the worlds biggest music promoters, it would seem as if you might be smart enough.

C3 may have been doing concerts and events for a long time but that doesn’t mean they can’t improve what they do.
— All they would have had to do in order for there not to be a problem was post their instructions for Frank Erwin Center on the general admission printable ticket. Or a sign at all the entrances that indicate that GA entrance is on red river only with wristband.
But my little brother and I got there early enough to be the first in line and stood there for a long time waiting. When they opened the doors they let him in but refused me entrance. Then while I made my way around to the red river entrance the next security checkpoint asks him to leave because he doesn’t have a wristband that we were never told we needed. So he walks out like he was told but they didn’t scan out his ticket. Now they won’t give him a wristband and are refusing him entrance because the ticket has already been scanned.
He calls me and as he is explaining what’s going on and then we see each other. As I’m in line about to get my wristband he can’t join me because they have taken his ticket. After I get my wristband I head over and nicely have a come to Jesus talk with the lady at the ticket box office and after making us wait another 15 mins they finally sent some one over to let us back in the building and then give Dan a wristband and his ticket back. When we asked them to let us down front where we should have been originally, they asked if we knew any of the rules they say said they had provided. When asked how they communicate these instructions they said they email the original ticket purchaser. Well because it was a sold out show and a christmas gift my wife had to get the tickets through Stubhub. In short, the start of this experience has been greatly diminished in its potential awesomeness!
