History

Established in 1959.

Byrd Davis Furman & Alden was founded in 1959 with the goal of representing injured clients. We have a history of developing close client relationships while obtaining meaningful compensation for our clients.

In the late 1950s and early 1960s when only a few national firms had the competency to handle product liability, aviation and complex medical litigation, our firm stood at the forefront of developing personal injury law. In the course of our history, our attorneys have successfully represented injured plaintiffs against almost every major manufacturer in the United States, foreign corporations and nearly all the major aircraft and helicopter manufacturers in the world. The firm has obtained recoveries for victims of government, local public entities, hospitals and drug manufacturers’ wrongdoing.

Kevin Henrichson and his amazing assistant, Suzy Ramirez were wonderful in helping me deal with a car accident claim. Kevin always responded quickly and professionally to any request via phone or email and was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and explaining the legal process. I always felt like he was on my side and appreciated the attention he gave to me.
