History

Established in 2009.

Prior to starting his own firm, Parker Polan worked for a prominent defense firm with offices in Austin and McAllen focusing on personal injury and products liability defense. Mr. Polan helped defend some of the most difficult and complex personal injury and wrongful death cases from trucking and railroad accidents to oil field explosions in the most plaintiff-​friendly venues in Texas. Parker gained valuable insight working head-​to-​head with some of the top trial lawyers in Texas. He now uses this knowledge to seek justice for those who have been injured due to other people’s negligence and defend his clients’ rights in criminal cases.
