We built the largest wood-fired brick oven in Texas and use it to create delicious pizzas, pastas and appetizers for you to enjoy. Burning constantly since 1982. We love catering, parties, special events, and local beers and premium wine.

Established in 1982.
We started in 1982 downtown and expanded to a second location in 1989. Each Brick Oven weighs 20,000 pounds and burns three cords of oak a month.
