Bounce Around Austin

We rented their margarita machine for a wedding. They contacted us the week before the event just to make sure everything was as arranged and then let us know the day before what time they would be there to set it up. They were on time and really nice guys. Not only did they set us up and then patiently show us how to fill it (and they filled the first batch), one of the guys gave me his phone number in case I had any questions or problems later on. Another guy tapped our keg of beer for us as we had just gotten it and didn’t know how to do it. That was not their job but they helped us out. They came back the next day to get the machine and since we had some margaritas left in the machine helped us drain it so we could freeze it. And the margaritas were great! If I ever rent another machine it will be from them.

I booked a bounce house online on a Sunday 4 weeks in advance of an event. After booking and payment I immediately received an automated confirmation stating that if overhead lines were in conflict the bounce house could not be setup. I called immediately the next day to cancel the delivery because overhead lines were in conflict. Jason with Bounce Around Austin said he would not refund me the $ 162 but hold on to the money for a rainy day. I did not want my money held onto by the company as there was no where else on the property a bounce house could be setup and I have no need for their other services. Therefore, after having the item booked online for 12 hours; Jason reluctantly agreed to refund me all but the $ 48 deposit. The original $ 162 transaction stayed on my credit card for more than 15 days. I had to call back and request the charges to be removed again. Jason was hostile and not at all interested in listening; I pointed out to him that I ordered online on a Sunday when they were closed and was not made aware of the overhead line issue with bounce houses until after I provided my payment information online. He said his software was unable to refund me my deposit. Having an automated online registration process is helpful but not when there is no human element to address poor communication about the service to be provided. This is no way to treat a new customer. If this was a business who wanted repeat service and referrals Jason would have seen the error on their automated system and offered a full refund. I recommend you go elsewhere with your event needs. Jason is difficult to work with. With all of the stress of planning an event it isn’t worth bringing Bounce Around Austin into the picture.

Great, timely service and a fun product. The delivery guys were especially cheerful even though our slide weighed about 500 pounds! Thanks so much for making our kids’ party a success!

The night before our son’s bday, we rec’d an email stating what time the delivery would happen. About 35 minutes past that time, I called the owner and he stated that they were pulling into my driveway. And they were! The staff was on time to pick up the bounce house and everything went off without any problems. I would highly recommend their service and will be back if we need another bounce house.

All around great company and service. I rented a bounce house for my daughters birthday party from Jason and I couldn’t be more happier. Great communication throughout the whole process. Because they were pretty slammed the weekend I was renting, they actually asked to set up the day prior. Setup was easy and operating the bounce house was super easy. After everything was complete, they came back and grabbed all the equipment.
If you have any hesitations about this company, then don’t. They are great people and you’ll be satisfied with your purchase.

Great service, equipment and personnel

This location was super helpful for our nonprofit student run organization to get to have a social at their location. They had water (the first one free) and other necessities! I would definitely recommend for a child’s birthday party!

We rented a Castle Moonwalk in November 2014. My review was submitted and we were highly pleased with the entire transaction.
This year a couple of months in advance I received an email reminder from Jason at Bounce Around Austin that it was that time of the year again. I loved the fact that after a year I received a reminder! Not only did I receive a reminder I also received a Discount Code to use on our next rental for being a returned customer. I was sorry that we were unable to rent a Moonwalk this year, and it was only because of the bad weather that we had the week of my Granddaughters party. The party had to be inside, because it was raining and cold.

The staff did everything to accommodate our requests and the bounce house was a hit!

I had a great experience. We rented the 3D Superhero bounce/​slide combo. It was clean, roomy for a lot of kids, and had cool graphics. The customer service was great for both booking and delivery/​pickup.
