Blake Miller – State Farm Insurance Agent

So, about a year ago, there was a fire in the apartment above mine. While the fire didn’t actually make its way into our unit, a whole lot of nasty water and smoke did.
I’m so, so glad that we were insured through State Farm. The folks in this office and those working the 1 – 800 number were wonderful to work with, and made an incredibly frustrating and stressful time in our lives as easy as they could.
Absolutely everything was covered. There was the obvious stuff, like replacing things that were destroyed, our hotel bill, and the reallllly expensive bill to have every.single.thing we own cleaned. And then there things we didn’t even realize they would cover, like all our gas and meals until we could find a new apartment.
A sidenote: Renters, please make sure you always have renters insurance, even if your community doesn’t require it! It’s really cheap, and we would have been super screwed without it.

Blake Miller and his team are amazing! They are not only efficient but well organized… each of their staff members are always on top of work and I genuinely feel that they care about us as clients. Friendliest staff i have always dealt with. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Giving Blake only 5 stars feels like a travesty! In the 24 years that I have dealt with auto insurance, Blake is the first agent to take a real interest in me and my family. Not only is he the most competitive on price, which is what initially brought me to his agency, but he actually cares about his customers.
This review is going to be so glowing that you are going to think Blake is an old friend or family member but I can assure you he is not. I never met him until after I chose him for my auto insurance. About 2 months after Blake became my agent (had never met him, just shopped quotes and he was the best) I got a call from his office and they said that Blake likes to meet personally with all of his customers and was there a good time for him to come to me to do so. I was blown away, I’ve never had an insurance agent want to sit down with me after they already had my business. I met with Blake and he sincerely wanted to know about me and my family and how he could best help us. Wow!
Blake now not only has our auto insurance but life policies as well and is about to handle my upcoming auto loan. He actually calls me periodically just to ask how we are doing. Can you say «never changing agents!?»
If you are looking for more than a website or 800 number and want to have a real life insurance agent that cares about you and will do whatever he can to help your family, please call Blake. My only regret is that I didn’t find him 24 years ago.

Blake miller State Farm is awesome, the staff is all so friendly! They meet with me and go over my insurance so I know exactly what I have. Before I switched to Blake miller I had no idea what any of my coverages meant, as soon as I called to get a quote they explain everything to me so I knew exactly what I needed and what my price would be, no surprises at all. And service is always really nice and helpful!

April Wells, she is the one who screwed up my auto policy. She was rude to my emails after she screwed up. I called state farm help line in morning to let them know, I want to cancel only Auto policy affective April 1^st. I also had renters policy but wanted to cancel Auto only. But in evening the same day I got APRIL’s email that she processed already. When I emailed her that it was effective April 1^st, she replied rudely like it was my fault and bullshit about how tired she is and told me I am confused. I don’t recommend her at all. DON’T DEAL WITH HER remember the name APRIL WELLS.
