Maybe I caught these guys at a bad time but their service has been horrible. They’re never in to answer the phone, and they’re not available when their hours say they will be. When I first went in the middle of the day, the door was locked, and while the sign said open, it definitely wasn’t. The next time I went by, I made sure to call first, and luckily the guy answered and said I could come in to sell my laptop. When I got there we negotiated a price and he told me to come back later because he had to get cash. So I came back when he said to, and he wasn’t there, but one female worker was. She didn’t say anything to me when I walked in, as she was taking a personal call on her cell phone. During the hour I waited for the guy to show up, the store’s phone rang twice and the woman didn’t answer, and continued talking on her cell. When the man finally got in, he kept me waiting some more and then told me to come back in a few more hours. So I did. No one was there, and no one answered the phone when I called. Still waiting on a response from someone, but as of now, they have been completely unresponsive and unprofessional.

This place is THE place to go if you ever want your laptop repaired. They’ll work with you tirelessly to fix all your issues that are repairable. My lenovo’s bottom cover was coming apart and they were able to repair it in no time after the parts were shipped in. After that, the left hand side hinge as well as the top (back) cover were acting up and my laptop was literally about to fall apart. It took forever to get the parts only because Lenovo didn’t have them in stock. These guys stayed on top of the research day in and day out and actively scoured the internet for my parts. Once they located the parts, they got them shipped in and then repaired my laptop back to a superior condition that it once was.
Not sure if I ever will buy Lenovo laptops again but I will definitely go to this shop again for all my hardware needs! This is the one stop shop, reasonable prices, honest, and fair. They know they’re stuff!

I love this place. I have been here to replace a cracked screen on my iphone (which they did in front of me while I waited for a very fair price), to have my iphone unlocked, and to repair my 2008 macbook (which is still working like a charm 2 years later!). I also bought an iphone 4s from them and they bought my old iphone 3. Their prices are always more than fair, they do great work, and their customer service is excellent. The place does look a bit shady from the outside, but rent is expensive people! I’ve never had a problem with parking, and I’ve been there at least seven times. I highly recommend this place!

I was just here today with a laptop hardware issue. I explained that the laptop hinges are super tight and I was concerned that it would cause the hinges and plastic to break (this happened to me with another laptop). The guy was very nice and told me he has seen this issue a lot with the type of laptop I have, but that my case didn’t seem to be too bad. He tightened the screws on the back, explained how the hinges work, how to open/​close the laptop to prevent further issues, and I was on my way. I’m really glad he didn’t try to sell me new hinges, which can get pricey. He gave good explanations and advice for me and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost if I do need to get new hinges someday. I’m always very nervous about all things computer and car repairs because it would be so easy to rip me off since I’m pretty clueless.

I almost never go to the apple store anymore because these people are so awesome. I’ve come here over two years and I refuse to get my phone fixed anywhere else. They are super affordable and always give the best price possible. FIX YOUR PHONE HERE!

these guys are super nice, and will take care of your computer and cell phone needs. I always go to them in a state of panic when my computer breaks and they always fix it and I leave thinking how lucky I am!

Excellent service! I spent quite a bit of time looking for a place looking to get my iPhone screen fixed. They were the cheapest and the turn around time was unreal.
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and they take exceptional pride in their work. Definitely recommend for both price, customer service, and quality.

Horrible customer service. Parts are cheap and bought from ebay. I purchased a screen repair last night, set phone down after a phone call, and it immediately cracked. When I came back, he refused to give any refund or repair. He was also incredibly rude. The quality of their screens is HORRIBLE. Go elsewhere for a repair cause I for sure will not be coming back.

I dont get the negative reviews. Dont park in their spots if you arent shopping there. That’s a pretty basic rule anywhere. They bought my ancient mac laptop from me for a very fair price based on my research. They just refurbish stuff & resell. Not an uncommon business practice. If you want someone to take your old computers off your hand quick & easy, then drop by. I had to wait a while to see someone, but they apologized, and there are chairs to sit in.

I came here trying to get my iphone glass screen repaird and found them advertised on craigslist. I called trying to look for their shop and they were extremely helpful in directing me. I arrived there and got confused about the towing sign that was posted — i called again and asked if there was anywhere i could park. they explained to me that the parking was for customers of the shops in that complex and that i would be fine. So i parked and went in.
the place seems a bit shady at first but the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever makes up for it entirely. The two guys at the counter were so friendly and replaced my screen on site. They were kind and engaged me in conversation while I waited. Very meticulous work and very well done and the price was unbeatable. $ 45! most places are charging at least $ 50 something and go up to $ 70s.
The second time i went i tried to get my iphone unlocked. they were super helpful and even jailbroke my phone at no cost since they were unable to unlock my phone with the current firmware. At any rate, i will continue to go to them for my computer/​electronic needs.
Every time i have been at their shop, i have witnessed people parking, going to toy joy, see their cars get towed, then run in and try to buy something. My car has been fine every single time i’ve been there. Anyone who has gotten towed probably deserved it.

Horrible, horrible horrible. Not only does their store look like a shady back door operation peddling parts stolen from several struggling countries, but the shop owners insist on working with a sleazy towing company in order to prey on anyone fool enough to shop at at this crap-​shack.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Not ONLY that, but if I had wanted to shop with them in the first place, it is impossible because they lock the door and leave the premisis with the open sign on. It’s like they are TRYING to piss people off!
